Facilities and the overall accommodation.
It is marketed as sleeping five however the double sofa bed is not big enough bad a double even with a 16 and 11 year old on it.

Location was good, close to train station and secure property.
Broken equipment and appliances, the property is looking a bit run down it needs some TLC. The courtyard garden could be an an oasis of greenery and calm in a busy city centre location. Cheap tacky garden furniture, weeds everywhere such a shame.
