It seems to be a classic scam.

I had a confirmed booking for Home2Home – Mill Park in October 2025, for 3 nights. However, the property was not available, because there was not warm water and heating in the apartment (This is what we were told). Cherie, the contact person for this property, told me that we could stay for 2 nights in another apartment and that I would receive a refund from Booking.com for the last night. We stayed for 2 nights in the alternative apartment, and on the final night of our stay in Cambridge we had to book a hotel. Unfortunately, I have not received the refund, and Cherie is no longer responding to my messages. It seems to be a classic scam. I talked to Booking and you didn't talk to them about the refund. you act as if everything was all right.

Homely

EVERYTHING!!!! We had a great stay as a family and the hosts made EVERYTHING so easy and accomodating. They even upgraded us to a two bathroom apartment and when they were told we had a car, they quickly made the permit available. I would definitely recommend and hopefully look forward to booking again for my daughter's convocation. A big thank you to the hosts, it really was Home2Home.

Very close to the station.

Communication regarding check-in was very poor. We had to just turn up in Warren Close and hope that someone was there. The phone number provided didn’t reach anyone in the UK and no one answered my pre-stay messages.

Great location, very clean and organized. The owner was very helpful and responsive to requests.

It had most of the things I needed but very small things like salt and pepper, or kitchen towels were missing.

Clean, comfortable, stylist apartment in a great location. Great, well stocked kitchen with good quality utensils. Mix up with check out time which the host honored so that was great. Balcony was a great addition on a sunny evening to have a drink and chill. Dedicated parking space which is always a bonus. 15/20 minute walk from the centre of town so great for looking around.

Nothing it was all great but a few things could of been better. No aerial in the tv so unless you signed into bbc iplayer, Netflix etc it wouldn’t work. Electric kept tripping with oven and kettle on together…. So then had to reset the WiFi on the tv each time which was a bit of a faff. Old lock in the door left a hole which could be looked through, just needs filling in.

很多细节都非常人性化，暖气可调节，暖气非常好，在湿冷的冬季感到阵阵暖意。厨房一应俱全，可以根据自己口味解决餐饮需求，卫生很好，无论卫生间还是厨房卫生都不错，而且随时随地可以进行手部消毒。阳台开阔，有活动桌椅，如果是夏季可以在外面一边吹着小风一边喝啤酒，很放松很惬意。还有杂志供使用。

床有点小，床品再好点就更完美了，再有服务人员就更好了
