Location is the best. Top floor. Washing machine, bed , smart tv

Old tiny apartment, didn’t have any renovations for decades, AC blowing into your head, almost claustrophobic. Looks much older than on the pictures

Location was perfect & communication from the property was brilliant. Would stay again!

Was no proper toilet flusher, broke a nail trying to flush with what was there. Fridge/freezer kept banging in the middle of the night waking me up! Front Door handle was dodgy, couldn't always get in or out, sometimes took me 5 minutes to open the door!

Good location and nice apartment

Studio is on a very good location. Bus/tram and metro stations are 7min on foot. Public beach is 7min on foot as well. Dubai Marina promenade is just around the corner. There is one supermarket in the building, and few more nearby. Several really good restaurants are very close to the studio. In the studio there were enough towels. There were all necessities such as iron & ironing board, hairdryer etc.

A bit of miscommunication with the host. We agreed on early check in but at the moment we came, host wasn't answering her phone. So, tired from long flight and with all suitcases, we were waited 3 hours for host to call back. In the kitchen we needed some pot for coffee or some pan for preparing the meal.

The location was perfect, in the heart of marina 👌🏻 Gim and pool in the building 2’ from carrefour 5’ from DMCC metro station 5’ from JBR beach

A szállásadó elérhetősége vagyis csak akkor jelentkezett ha neki volt fontos vmi. Érkezésünkkor nem rendelkezett a kulcs átvételéről, pedig tudta. 2 órai bizonytalanság után tisztázódott a helyzet. Ez az éjszaka közepén nem szerencsés. Ez a szállás akár tökéletes is lehetne egy kis odafigyeléssel. A jelenlegi állapota igénytelen. Az utánunk jövők jól járnak, mert ottlétünk alatt átvettük az új párnákat, poharakat, tisztálkodó szereket, törölközőket, ágyneműt. De a felvizesedett fal, a mocskos klíma és a terjengő szag ezzel nem lesz megoldva.
