Location was perfect for us, we love the river, the beach, the chip shop,nature, parking space
The steps coming out of the flat, the bottom of the door frame was a trip hazard but we got use to it

Great location with parking and a nice short walk to the beach front. Very clean and charming property, great size for our small family.

The location, it’s quiet, but within a short walk down the river path to the centre. It’s well furnished and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again.
The only caution I would give would be the metal staircase which is access to the top flat.

Location
immersion heater for hot water which needed to be switched on for an hour for bath… a combi would have made a big difference especially with a family.
Heating- storage heaters didn’t work so was quite cold in the morning.
Access- lots of uneven concrete at the rear, steel steps to access Top flat which is a little unsafe with kids
