The position of the cottage was lovely, within easy walking distance to the town and beach. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. We will definitely be back. We visited with our grandchildren who are 5 and 7 years and it was perfect for us. Kitchen was well equipped. One thing I did have an issue with- the fuse spurs and plugs are in a cupboard at the bottom. We managed to switch the dishwasher off and the fridge, when we put the cups away and didn't realise. Be warned
The lack of communication was an issue when I asked questions about the house. Having telephoned Sykes they could only tell me the same information as the online advert, which was not helpful. I think being able to contact the owner or Lyme Bay Holidays would have been useful

The location was beautiful and quiet not used to having a garden to sit in so that was great all though it needed a little tlc i was dying to get stuck in😊
Nothing apart from carparking but we can live with that
