In the present condition I would not recommend the apartment specially to families!

The apartment is centrally located , its walking distance to Arcade shopping mall. The airconditioner in the room was efficient.

We already have been to couple of other apartments in Szeged and this was by far the most uncomfortable and most expensive one!!!! Just to get the key we had to walk to the middle of the city to a Mozart Hotel with our luggage. The lady at the hotel reception asked for a 100 Euro deposit, I never had to do that anywhere else before. the The apartment has a bed room with sleeing facility for 3 people. The beds looked clean but not comfortable at all. There was a foul smell in the whole apartment. There is a so called working kitchen area, but there were no cups for coffee or glass (a beer mug and a few plastic cups.) Not even a microwave!! We had to eat out everytime which we usually dont prefer because of gluten allergies. The fridge was hidden in a very strange corner and I had to struggle to find it. The shower was clogged and water was stopping which was not bearable. The Gogol street is currently under construction so there was a lot of noice but thats not apartment's fault. By checking out again we had to do a long walk to the Mozart hotel. We got the deposit back easily. The lady at the reception was very friendly and we told her about the problems we faced. She spoke with the boss and he promised to give us a 25% money back. We have not received the money as yet. Maybe the money transfer takes longer time? Overall I hope the hotel takes our problems seriously and fix the issues. Update 15.09.2025 /The promised refund has not been made still. I am very disappointed!

値段は安いし、立地はいい。

鍵の受け取り方法の記載が少なく、目立たなかった。また、バスタオルの生乾き臭がひどかった。クローゼットを開けたら大量の洗濯物がぐしゃぐしゃに詰め込まれていた。トイレットペーパーが足りなかった。シャワールームの排水溝が詰まっていたのか、水が足元にすぐ溜まった。

Żółty fotel

Trzeba płacić kaucję, o której informacja jest tak skrzętnie zakamuflowana w opisie, że prawie nie da się jej doczytać. My ją ominęliśmy. Hotel pobiera 100 Euro kaucją i tylko gotówką. Przyjechaliśmy w nocy po godzinie stania na granicy z małym dzieckiem. Nie chciano nam przekazać lokalu bez kaucji i musieliśmy szukać bankomatu żeby móc ją zostawić. W apartamencie nie było ciepłej wody. Dopiero rano kiedy najpewniej terma się nagrzała starczyło jej tylko na jedną osobę, bo baniak bardzo bardzo mały. Łóżko dla dziecka nie było naszykowane. Musieliśmy szukać po szafach pościeli, która nie miała poszewek. Ogólnie bardzo słabe wrażenie.

Kellemes, csendes, hűvös, árnyékos tágas szállás, stabil wifi kapcsolattal.

Ideális helyen, közel a központhoz, valamint a körúthoz (Árkád Plaza) csendes utcában található szállás ahova immáron harmadjára tértem vissza. Tágas, kellemes, majdnem tökéletesen felszerelt szálláshely :)

Szándékaim szerint tökéletes értékelést adnék, de sokadjára kell jeleznem - konstruktív kritika szellemében - hogy egy minimál hajszárító biztosítása elvárt lenne, és ez könnyen orvosolható :)

Megnyugtató, pihentető szállás, optimális helyen, tágas, kényelmes tiszta, stabil wifivel

Kiváló elhelyezkedésű, csendes utcában mégis pár perc sétára a Plazatól valamint központtól, Kárász utca. Tágas, kényelmes, kellően bútorozott, nagy konyhaasztal.

Nem volt ilyen ott tartózkodásom alatt 🙂
