Location, neighbours, cafe nearby (opens 6 30), Carrefour, gas stations...washing machine, etc.. all you need, equiowd kitchen...super easy and good communication....I like this place...and parking is super 👌 for car of any size.
I would remove old sofa .... I was missing air co:)) but my partner was super happy as he doesn't like my 17-19 degrees:))
