It is a penthouse with a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, a bedroom integrated with the living room that has another double bed, a large living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
Guest Access:
It is located on the fourth floor of the building, it is the only apartment on the fourth floor, so it is the quietest. The elevator reaches the third floor, you have to climb a flight of stairs.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment faces Calle Real. A pedestrian street that is one of the main streets in the city and is full of bars and good restaurants. Calle Caridad runs parallel to it, which also stands out for its gastronomic offer, as well as having the charm of the old fishing village that was Estepona.
Getting Around:
Due to the location of the apartment, you can go on foot to go shopping, to the beach, cafes, etc.
There is also a bus stop very close by.
Due to the proximity of public parking, you can also go by car.
