The perfect vacation spot! Close to the beach, quiet, clean, great hosts!

The suite is comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Has everything needed in the kitchenette. The air conditioning works perfectly and the Wi-Fi was good for streaming services and doing some work as well. Everything was so clean! The garden in front of the suite is amazing - hammock and a swing, really picturesque Greek setup with all the olives as well <3 ! The thing that was the best were the hosts - very friendly family, always willing to help! They greeted us with fresh eggs from their hens, olives from their very own and cold mineral water in the fridge. They have the friendliest dogs and cats - we love animals so much and the animals were equally exciting part of our stay as well as the greatest beach of all - Mama's Beach. This beach is so good, sandy, no need for water shoes, and to my surprise - very few people there! Which is a big plus. This was the perfect vacation for us. Greetings from Bulgaria!

Have in mind that the steps to the upper floor of the suite are steep. BUT - there is a fold-out sofa on the first floor though and quite comfy for two. Our kids are 4 and 8 and didn't have any trouble going up and down, just have it in mind.

Amazing holiday place for families with kids

Amazing place to use as a base to explore Chalkidiki. Especially good for kids to explore, play and roam. The room had all modern amenities at our disposal, from a fully fitted kitchen, to a toaster, airfryer, fridge, tv, AC and more. Very neatly organized, with various areas under olive trees for families and kids to have their breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply chill. Coming back from the beach or after a long excursion, it was so good to have many choices to either enjoy the quietness or be more social in the common areas. There are hammocks and swings under the shade of vines and olive trees. The hosts were very accomodating, friendly and were taking good care of us. The hosts were very generous, to the point that they brought in some kids bikes for the children to use. Freshly gathered eggs and the company of two very friendly dogs that the owners had on the premises were two unforgettable highlights as well. There is a bakery that makes all sorts of delicious things and also makes coffee, a must before you set out to your next destination, a couple of grocery stores and a few tavernas within 5' of driving distance. A beach bar is within 10' of walking distance on a quiet road. Agios Mammas is situated next to a bigger town, Nea Moudania that during the summer hosts many cultural events and has a vibrant market. A summer, open air cinema is also there should you want a break from enjoying whst the town has to offer. All in all, we can highly recommend Green Olive Studios for the experience and the very pleasant memories we made there!

Peace and complete relaxation in brand new studios and with wonderful hosts

This is a place where we arrived as guests and left as friends! The incredible hospitality of the hosts and the cozy studios made us feel full on vacation! Everything is new and clean, and the mattresses are extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. The sea is close and the beach is long and sandy. Very peaceful place! It is ideal for families with small children because it is shallow sea and there are no rocks. The hosts welcomed us with home made liquor and sweets, and our fridge was stocked with water. There were little chickens in the yard walking under the olive trees, and we were happy to have found such an idyllic place. Visit it and you won't regret it at all!

Wunderbar! Super für Familien geeignet!

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit mit unserer Familie! Giorgia und ihr Mann sind zauberhaft und haben uns jeden Tag umsorgt. Es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, dort ist direkt eine sehr schöne Strandbar mit bequemen Liegen. Vor unserer Wohnung gab es sehr gute Sitzgelegenheiten im Schatten. Die Kinder haben mit den Katzen gespielt und konnten sich ein kleines Boot ausleihen, um damit auf dem Meer zu paddeln. Wir wollen unbedingt wiederkommen.
