Scala Village Camping

Η τοποθεσία και ότι όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν τα είχαμε κοντά μας και όταν τα θέλατε. Οι τιμές στο μίνι μάρκετ και στο bar ήταν πολύ καλές σε αντίθεση με την ταβέρνα που ήταν λίγο ακριβά για καθημερινή χρήση

Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν αρκετά εργονομικό και επίσης είχαν μια οσμή ούρων.αφου μιλήσαμε με τους γύρω μας , καταλάβαμε ότι το πρόβλημα ήταν γενικό.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Scala Village, but there are several important things future guests should know. Our biggest disappointment was the information provided through Booking.com and the price we paid. We were three families, all travelling with children, and when we made our reservations, there was only ONE accommodation option available to us on Booking.com, simply described as “Studio.” There was no clear distinction between the different types of studios or their facilities. Only after arriving did we learn that the studios at Scala Village actually have different names/categories, and that these names are how the different types of accommodation and facilities are distinguished. We had no way of understanding this from the Booking.com option presented to us when we booked. Most importantly, nowhere during our booking was it made sufficiently clear that the “Studio” we were booking had an OUTDOOR SHOWER WITH NO PRIVACY AT ALL. For three families travelling with children, this is absolutely not a minor detail. Had this been clearly disclosed, we would not have booked these studios. What made the situation even more frustrating was discovering that larger and better-equipped studios with indoor showers were available at considerably lower prices than what we had paid through Booking.com. Considering what we received for the price, we felt that our Booking.com rate was extremely poor value for money. We contacted Booking.com THREE TIMES during our stay to raise the issue and ask for assistance. We never received a response. Not once. For a platform through which we had paid a substantial amount of money, this was extremely disappointing and seriously damaged our trust in Booking.com. Regarding Scala Village itself, the reception staff were average and unfortunately not particularly helpful when we raised our concerns. We did not feel that there was much effort to explain the situation or find a solution.

Къмпингът е страхотен, много спокоен и децата могат да играят на воля :) Плажът под къмпинга е страхотен.

Бунгалото нямаше никаква място за съхранение. Един гардероб или рафт да бяха сложили, та да има къде да си сложиш дрехите. Нямаше и никаква посуда. Последната вечер спря интернета в къмпинга и персонала не реагира по никакъв начин.

Everything! After a minor misunderstanding, our stay was fantastic. The campsite is very well organized; the accommodation is very clean, and everything is beautifully maintained. The beach is stunning—sandy with natural shade along its entire length—and the sea is clean. Prices at the café, restaurant, and on-site shop are more than reasonable. We highly recommend it!
