Wifi worked for a few minutes then never connected again. This however only happened to us with iPhones. Our parents with Android phones had no such problems.

The communal area was cleaned daily as our terrace. It was very nice and quiet especially if you’re there with a baby. The view from our apartment was amazing. Waking up and seeing the sun and sea in front of you was something you could dream of. We arrived too soon ,on July 10th 2022 at House Niko. Thank’s to host Eleni we haven’t wait so much and received our room . The first impression was the yard oh House Niko with many flowers, everything clean and pleasunt for the heart (shells, mini boats, nice chairs and tables), space to leave the sea accessories (unmbrella,chairs,pool floats), place to wash your feet after the beach. Also in yard was a place where your can stay with friends and enjoy grilling or cooking something in the oven. The next impression was the beatifull host Eleni, who with the first greeting impressed us by speaking to us in our native language, very welcoming, knows how to speak with children to impress them. Helps us with any problem. She provided us with maps, with Nea Potidea surroundings, the places where we can eat, rest or buy something. The room was beatifull, very clean, with snow-white towels, service of room cleaning. The kitchen had everything necessary to cook, except oven (solt, sugar, oil you should take yours). Also it was our first visit in Greece …should take antimoskitos! The balcon was large, pines view…we liked very much. The sea was very aproch, a fiew minutes, no many people in the beach. The enter in the sea is with stones (harf of meter) and then sand and a beatifull water …we are very pleased .My child stayed hours in water . Very clean water. I looked every day diferent stones in water, I liked them very much and also it was a foot massage for our child and us. Also is very close a grocery store ,works 24/24. Recommend House Niko, we liked Nea Poditea very much. Thank’s a lot to host Eleni, beatifull, warming, positive women who doing her job with love.

I liked everything about our room and Haus Niko in general. Our room might be a little small, however, there were bigger ones, we just decided not to pay more. In fact, it was enough for my husband and me with the baby. The hotel is perfectly located just 2 min walk from the beach! In the patio one can find all the necessary stuff for BBQ and a lot of beautifully decorated tables for family dinner if you dont feel like going to the restaurant. The best surprise to me was a lot of stuff for the beach rest (for instance, inflatable mattress, umbrella, kids floatie). Eleni (the host) has everything for the kids. Excellent for the family rest with children. The host is really helpful and can provide you with any info about Nea Potidea and its surroundings. Thank you!!!

Amplasamentul este lângă țărm și am simțit briza în permanență. Apartamentul , precum întreaga facilitate, este cochet, curat și îngrijit. Personalul amabil, iar doamna Eleni este foarte atentă la detalii și vine în întâmpinarea necesităților oaspeților. Ne-am simțit răsfățați și dacă vom mai trece prin zonă, va fi prima alegere.
