An excellent remote location with quick access to nearby areas

I liked that the property was in a remote location while still being just a short drive from nearby towns (Nea Fokea and Afytos). I enjoyed the small terrace and the free parking, and I appreciated that the property provided a free parasol for our stay.

The hotel has a clean nature among the pine trees. Close to the center but you need to have a car. The hosts were very kind people. The old uncle always offered us fruit, we were very happy. There was a table on the balcony where we had a large and spacious breakfast and dinner. Kitchen supplies were complete. The refrigerator was usable. Showers could be fixed. Sometimes the water flows a little. You can go to the beach from the side road right away. Very close. We visited different beaches, there are also very beautiful beaches nearby, you can also go by car. You can go to the centers of Aphytos and Kallithea. Lidl market is 10 minutes away by car. A great place to rest your head. My wife and I thank all the staff. Love to everyone!

Nice place for your family vacation. Great value.

Very clean, nice. It had everything needed for our stay. The owners were very polite and friendly. The whole property is very well-maintained including the yard, which is like a nice garden.

The bathroom door lock could have been less noisy.

According to my wife, who stayed there, all was very well organized. Great location and hosts! Place to park, beach in less than 100m from the front door :) Beautiful garden with flowers, olive trees, grape, peaches. Kids to play around too. All you need to have a pleasant stay for a family with a dog.

Owners were really nice and helpful for everything we need. Location is great, away from the crowdy places, beach is 5 min. away by walk. Great place for travelers with dogs.

Dangerous and very tight entrance for cars and there is no sign in the entrance. There could be some signs for both direction in the autobahn about the location of the studios

We’ve searched a lot and decided to spend our vacation here. One of the best experiences, guys. Owners are so friendly and helpful. Very comfortable studio with its own tiny terrace cannot leave my heart. Every single corner was so clean, thank you! Well-equipped kitchen and a barbecue nearby is a super advantage! Home to sea way takes no more than 10 minute, the beach is not crowded and has breathtaking views. By the way, it is worth to be mentioned that the territory is so green: lush garden with different plants, when opening the door in the morning you’re gonna be captured by the delicate aroma of flowers. I liked our stay here, would come back for sure ❤️

Great allround vacation.

Hosts were perfect! Our studio with galery was spatious enough for us, and very clean. Linen changed every three days by a wonderful housekeeper. The effort the host puts into their wonderful garden is tremendeous. Nice beach really close by, a rock in the shallow (our kids had no problems even barefooted, but some water sandals would be a plus). Until the camping kids arrive you will share the entire beach with couple of people, and you can pick your spot. Nice to dive arround the neigbouring rocky shore as well! The location is also good for the entire Kasandra "browsing". Car is a must, but the isolated forresty location was a plus for us. All in all, there are enough honest reviews out there. If you have read them in advance, know what to expect here, and know your vacation preferences, it is not hard for us to rate the price/value of this accomodation with an easy 10.

As already writen by other reviewers a bit of noise from the neighbouring childrens camp. However, it did not bother us much, since our family went to bed late anyhow, and slept like babies till 10AM as well. :)

Very good

Place is quiet and peaceful, ideal base for exploring Kassandra. Staff is omni present but mainly invisible, so, in a need they are at your disposal. Local beach is bonus, it is in a few hundred meters away from facility and rarely ever crowded.

Not so friendly for walk lovers, car is a must. Situated between Nea Fokea and Afitos in about 2km of each you just simply need to use your car for everything because there are no walking pathways from or to facility.

The location is great, far from the crowd and it is quiet and peaceful. There is a safe private parking and an out-of-this-world garden. The host is friendly and helpful. The room is fully packed with essentials and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended!

Very very clean! The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very friendly staff! The garden, nature, aroma are amazing! Beach without people, 3 minutes on foot, crystal clear water (we recommend having umbrellas and rubber shoes for the beach, it adds comfort) Who loves nature, comfort, silence - it's here!

Good value for money

The hosts were very nice, there was a beautiful garden and the room was very clean. Communication with the hosts was easy and efficient. They let us check in early, which was nice of them, as we were exhausted when we arrived.

The room was quite small with unnecessary large furniture. Beds were wide but short and the room was very dark due to small windows. The toilet did not work properly from day one. There was a large group of elderly Austrians at the hotel (seems like the were friends with the owners) and they were extremely loud during the day and in the night. There was also loud Greek music playing during the night but we could not tell if it was coming from the hotel or from the surrounding area.

During the night, the air conditioning sent vibrations to the wall from the inner bed in room 2, and we couldn't use it because it was noisy and unpleasant. But for the day, no problem. The mattresses were apparently older and not particularly comfortable for a sensitive back.

Leuk in een tuin met veel fruit en de lagoon om te snorkelen is fantastisch! Ook de eigenaren zijn enorm enthousiast en behulpzaam! Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Данные апартаменты находятся в красивым саду с разными растениями и деревьями, плавно переходящий в лес. Идти до пляжа 3-5 минут, первая линия, что очень удобно. Пляж практически всегда пустой, вода в море прозрачная, чистая и теплая. 3 раза в день приходят дети с лагеря и разбавляют тишину морскую танцами и песнями. Но нам это не мешало для отдыха. Можно брать доски и плавать в разные стороны от вашего пляжа. 2 пляж Лагуна - красивый с камнями разной формы, но он нудистский. Фото там получаются очень красивые. На этом пляже наблюдали рассвет. Закатов нет на этих пляжах. В 3 км находится красивый старинный город Афитос. Обязательно его посетите. Ездили на пляж Посиди. Пол часа езды от апартаментов, большая береговая линия и красивый закат. Номер убирали почти каждый день. Есть общая кухня, но там практически никого не было и можно было готовить спокойно. Много посуды предоставили для готовки. Есть место для барбекю и разные зоны отдыха на территории. Спасибо большое Мики за доброту и отзывчивость, что устроил нас раньше нашего времени и рассказал где и что находится.

Единственное вечером, когда ложились спать слышали песни и крики детей с лагеря, который находился не подалеку

Rejoindre la plage à pied, le jardin.

Le bruit, beaucoup de bruit, car la structure se trouve au bord de la route et juste en face d'un camp de vacances pour enfants et adolescents. Musique dès 8h le matin, sur la plage matin et après-midi et le soir jusqu'à plus de 23h... difficile de se reposer.. dommage car les propriétaires sont adorables

Velice pěkné a čisté místo. Moc hezká zahrada. Úklid na pokojích a každé 3 dny výměna lůžkovin a ručníků. Dostatečně velké parkoviště pro auta.
