A peaceful seaside escape in Halkidiki — spotless home, beautiful garden, and amazing hosts!”

We had an amazing stay at this private house in Halkidiki! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The location is perfect, if you plan to explore different areas. The house itself is spacious and tastefully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a lovely outdoor area for dining or lounging. The garden and terrace were our favorite spots in the mornings and evenings. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with local tips and recommendations, making us feel right at home. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. If you’re looking for a quiet escape with all the comforts of home and easy access to the beautiful beaches of Halkidiki, this is the perfect choice. We will definitely be returning!

The house and the yard are great. There is a coffee machine, washing machine, outdoor kitchen - all you need to have a perfect stay. Our host Sophie was extremely polite and ready to support with everything.

Me and my family had an amazing stay in the house just 2 weeks ago and we left with warm feelings and great memories. Everything is as it is described in the offer and the pictures represent the reality. Our apartment had even a backyard that isn't shown on the pictures and it's pretty convenient for having a drink and relaxing as well. The bed and the couch were pretty comfortable, as having a good rest after a long day, full of positive emotions on the beach is quite important. Other than that, you have everything that you need (at least we didn't lack anything). Furniture and everything else in the house is new, the rooms and the bathroom are clean. The garden outside is amazing, just prefect for relaxing. We even had a BBQ night that we finished at 1am, but we did not had troubles by the hosts or the neighbours (of course we weren't that loud either (I hope :))). The kids just loved it! One of the days we had a small accident while having a shower and the shower head got broken. We were ready to go buy a new one and replace it, but after asking Sofia (our host) where we can find such store, she said "you are on vacation, you don't have to worry about such things". The shower was replaced on the same day with a new one. What we also liked a lot was that the house is located on the main road that takes you to major towns and it makes it pretty convenient to quickly reach different places, beaches and restaurants. It is located in the outskirts of Nea Potidea, in a quiet area (although it is between the main road and the highway, we didn't find it loud) away from the crowd, perfect for relaxing and you can reach the city center in just 5 mins with car (yes, car is a must). Closest restaurants and supermarkets are just 3 mins away. You have a Shell gas station 300m away. The next town - Nea Fokea is 10 mins away and Afitos is 15 mins from the house. Thanks to the highway the closest LIDL supermarket is accessible in just 15 mins.

Verry nice place

The place was verry nice and perfect suitable for a family of 4 or 5 members. The yard has a grill place, sitting areas and a small private place in the back of them house. Owners were verry nice.

Location is in a small village, a car is needed to go to different places.

Alexandros and his wife are very kind hosts. We will probably stay again in the near future

Spacious yard, outdoor kitchen with grill and comfortable dining area. Especially pleasant to stay at dawn and when it falls. New furniture, nicely decorated interior, spacious bathroom. Good beaches nearby but a car is necessary. The same applies to shops and restaurants. Extremely satisfied with the stay in this area.

Perhaps the only thing missing is some protection from the sun and birds for the car.

O casa foarte draguta

În primul rand,proprietarii au fost minunați.Ne-au ajutat cu toate informațiile de care am avut nevoie.Noi am stat în casuta cu nr 11,o căsuța foarte drăguță,spațioasă și curata ,are și o mica terasa în spate.Vei găsi aici ,tot ce ai nevoie.Desi curtea este comuna,cu o alta casa,a acelorași proprietari,este de stul de spațioasă si nu ne-am simtit unii pe alții.Vom reveni,cu siguranță!
