Worst accomodation that I've seen in Greece in 10 years that I go to vacations there.

It had a sea view from the cliff at the end of the yard.

Cockroaches, poor WIFI, no hot water, host didn't meet us, broken AC that floods the apartment. Miniature apartment and even more miniature WC and shower, even a hobbit would find it small. Price is AAA and service is FFF.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Villa Orama! The place was even better than we expected – beautifully maintained, very clean, and with stunning views that made every morning feel special. Everything we needed was there, from a well-equipped kitchen to a lovely outdoor space that was perfect for relaxing. What really made our stay even better was the host. They were incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in (without being intrusive) to see if we needed anything else or if there was anything they could help with. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience, which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a perfect stay and we would 100% come back again. Highly recommended!

Just as a minor thing, maybe the AC from the second level could be check, it was working but took some time to cool down the rooms.

Great holiday with family

The host, Manos, and his girls were very helpful. We received a lot of recommendations to have a great holiday. Vila is new and has a lot of utilities. In 5 minutes by walk you are on the beach. Near the beach you can find a very good supermarket and restaurants.

Perilous access way with very dangerous junction with highway but a car is a must for getting around

Exceptional

Spotless clean, very good facilities, confortable for a family of four, 2 adults and 2 adolescents. We stayed in a maisonette, the apartment is smaller. Manos and his daughters were the best hosts ever, very nice and helpfull. We had a great holiday for 11 days. You should ask Manos about watersports, he knows everything you want to know (and do) about them! Definitely we recomend them! Hope to come back someday.

Everything was great! It is not “on the beach”, but they don’t pretend they are. The local beach is about 150m far and it is a nice beach, but we prefered to go to other beaches by car.

Our Host (Hara) was very kind and she asked All the time if we need something. She recomended us very nice places (beaches and restaurants). In the first days we were disturbing by the Cars from the road because is near the road, but after was ok.

The location is on the top of the hill with a great panorama overt the Nea Potidia Beach. However the highway make a little bit hard the short trips to remote locations, taverna, beach etc.

Locația extraordinara cu o priveliște de neuitat.

Câteva mici probleme tehnice ce nu au stricat concediul: un dus fara suport de prindere în perete, lumina din foisor nu funcționa și nici nu a fost remediata în toată perioada deși am stat o sapt.

Merită! Un sejur minunat

Gazda a fost foarte serviabilă și atentă la nevoile noastre. Comunicarea cu ei a fost foarte bună. Camerele suficient de mari, cu balcon propriu fiecare, paturile confortabile, dulapuri mari, măsuță pentru machiaj, o baie completă și una de serviciu, bucătăria cu mai toate ustensilele necesare. Grădină imensă, cu loc suficient unde să se joace copiii, priveliștea din foișor și de la balcoane superbă. Gazdele ne-au oferit foarte multe recomandări pentru restaurante, plaje, locuri de vizitat în zonă. La aproximativ 5 minute de mers pe jos se află plaja, un supermarket, taverne și beach baruri. Majoritatea plajelor cu șezlonguri percep o consumație minima de 10 eur/persoană (cafelele și berea costa în jur de 5-7 EUR, cocktail-urile 9-11 EUR, mâncarea undeva între 8-12 EUR un fel).

Am avut ceva probleme cu apa caldă. Din cauza utilizării deficitare a boilerului de către cei care au fost cazați anterior, termostatul nu mai funcționa corespunzător. Problema a fost rezolvată rapid de către gazde, comunicarea cu aceștia a fost foarte bună, deci nu a fost un mare inconvenient pentru noi.
