I like the location and the retro look, signs, landscapes, decorative lighting on the complex, roomy fridge. Thanks for the complimentary bottle of water. Motel was up on a hill which gave the place a spacious, clean look. The fabulous sunset was an added bonus! I like the idea of checking in before 3pm; unfortunately, I had a full day and didn't get there til around 6p.

Although I like the wide bathroom sink, it took away from counter space for toiletries, dryer. But I made do. It wouldn't stop me from staying again. I wasn't crazy with the choice of TV stations and the channel program overall, but that's just me. Also, the man next door had a large dog that was very vigilant all night and barked loudly every so often throughout the night. I got 3.5 hrs sleep from the start but rest of night I couldn't sleep due to the dog. Also, can guests not turn on their headlights so they shine bright into one's dark room before dawn. Back out then turn on the lights. Even with blinds and shade completely shut. A bright glow around the window lit up the room in my face. Has nothing to do with the hotel. Just noisy and rude guests on seemingly routine basis at motels.

Fresh remodel. Clean. Quaint. Nice outdoor area to sit.

The rooms are small. Good for a couple or single. I was traveling with my daughter and it was a bit cramped. Good overall though. The showers are very nice.

it would be nice to have small end tables on both sides of bed, and more towels to begin with, however they told us at check in if we needed anything to just ask.

Location was convenient just off Hwy. 80. Property recently updated. Great retro design and vibe. Fantastic, friendly, and helpful staff (phone and in person)! Comfy beds.

Pillows are odd combination of sizes, lumpy, and too firm. Please invest in high-quality down feather and down-alternative pillows.

Completely refurbished! Very clean! Refrigerator and microwave. The beds were very comfortable.

Very clean, convenient location, quiet. Modern room seeming to be newly renovated as floors, showers, sinks, paint seem new. Nice staff.

It must not be a non-smoking facility as my room smelled of weed after neighbors arrived. Had to leave the bathroom door closed with fan on to minimize the smell. Also had no hot water Sunday morning for shower.

Nice refrigerator and microwave. The pocket door to the bathroom was very cool. It was very clean.

One of the beds was not great - too soft and sort of sagged in the middle.

Beautiful! Loved everything about the place. The retro vibe was super cool! Beds were so comfortable, pillows too. Glenn was so welcoming, informative and very kind. We will be back- hopefully soon. Oh, and the fire feature surrounded by the incredibly comfortable Adirondack chairs was a huge bonus. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I really appreciated all the help from your agent at the front desk. I was driving and hit a bird that flew under the car and tore part of the plastic under the car that kept hitting the right tire. I was afraid the tire might blow. The agent answered right away and helped me find a garage in Cool to help, I think his name was Glen. His kindness helped tremendously.

I would have really appreciated a hair dryer and decaf coffee pods.

This is my new favorite motel in the area! Clean, nicely decorated and very welcoming staff.

loved the decor yet upgrade to modern use lamps and bathroom. the whole ambiance made it great. the bed was very comfortable.

The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable with a good use of space. It's small, but plenty of storage and a layout that takes advantage of the small space. There are seating areas outside and some units have patios. Nice retro refrigerator and microwave. Property is clean and fresh looking. Amenities for the room available upon request. I loved that it had a mini-split air/heating unit, which is much quieter than most motel below window units, and much easier to adjust temperature and fan speed. Reading lights on the bedside table lamps. Single level property, which cuts down on the noise. Plenty of free parking. Would definitely stay here again.

In a double queen there is no chair and no room for a chair. My daughter stayed in a king room, and there was a metal chair. Not enough hangers for a 3 day stay.

Everything’s newly re-done with a very retro vibe pulling into the hotel. Would stay here again!

I asked for my room to be clean cuz I could see the button of the toilet was showing the yellow slime, so obviously it needed to be cleaned as well as the corners in the shower had yellow slime accumulation. The beds were made and the floor was cleaned, but not the toilet or the shower. Then when we returned at night, there was a very strong/strange smell in the room that we slept with the windows open in order to get some fresh air in the room. We did get clean towels though.

Great location, large updated property. Lots of free parking. Fuel, Food and bar close by. Rooms were nice and updated. . . clean.

There was a bit of an issue with law inforcement looking into an incident that happened the day before our arrival. They needed to come into my room, I asked management for anther room but they didnt have any available as they were sold out. I finally got back my room at 10:30 pm. It was not managements fault but he still gave me 50% off for the inconvienence.

Room not spacious - no room for luggage. Cleanliness could have been better - bottom of feet dirty after walking from shower to bed. Elasticated sheets too small for mattress - popped off within 5 mins of getting into bed. Sold as accommodating up to 4 people, but only equipped for 2 people - 2 towels, 2 mugs, 2 glasses etc.

The upgraded rooms were very nice. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the retro vibe and purchased two glasses, two mugs and a pail (will include a pic of the pail in use at home).

Breakfast selections were limited, but the fresh banana was good as was the pastry, but limited selection. Perhaps more choices for coffee or tea would have been nice as well.

Stayed at Foothills a few times before and continue to come back due to the value, cleanliness and location. I appreciate that I have never had an issue with any of my stays.

We booked a room for a night because our previous stays were great. When I got to the motel I was told the owner blacklisted me from ever staying there again. No attempt to let me know of a problem or not allowing me to stay again because our granddaughters hair color rinsed out in the shower. They had both my phone number and email.

Everything! The frig was big enough to have fruit and frozen dinners and drinks. Nice coffee machine and microwave. Clean comfortable bed, great location, and friendly staff. Loved the court yard with comfy chairs for hanging out in the evening.

I was satisfied.
