Early check in was much appreciated. Access was perfect. The staff were friendly.

There were no extra pillows and I had to ask for them. The pillows weren't delivered until I had to ask a second time. The rug in the room was stained, so I didn't feel the cleanliness was up to par.

Bed was really comfortable...Breakfast was good..

The staff was above and beyond friendly.

Especially per the price it was so rundown and disgusting. The room was not properly cleaned.

Conveniently along the interstate freeway; close to friends residence.

The property is beginning to show its age (been repeatedly there before).

After I made my arrangements I had to call and make a change and they were great. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Everything was worn and dirty. The rug, drapes, furniture and the like. There was an alarm that went off and was annoying.

The property was nit clean, our shower curtain was ripped ( we had them replace it. The room was dirty, stains on the walls in all areas were f the room, we killed spiders the bathroom and living area. No phone or Colvin in the room

The curtains/draperies didn't work completely. The carpet was very dirty and had a very sticky spot. The light in the bathroom would not turn off. When I brought the problems to the attention of the man behind the desk, he was very apologetic and said he would look into them so they are probably fixed by now.

Space was available for parking a pickup truck and enclosed car trailer.

This place is outdated and dirty. The fridge didn't work and a leaky faucet. The bathtub was nasty. Overall it was one of the most worst experiences I've ever had. Me and my wife will absolutely not come back to this place

Comfy bed, great variety for breakfast, and staff were friendly and helpful.

I did not like that. There was a plunger next to my toilet, and I found out why after my first flush, and the hot tub outside had psychotic jets that shot water all over. but otherwise everything was great.

The bed was comfortable, the water was nice and hot. The hotel location was great. The property is very nice. The daily breakfast choices were pretty good.

There were homeless people who managed to gain access to the pool and restrooms adjacent to the pool and spa. They used the pool and spa on several occasions. We had no housekeeping service. You have to call for this service. I was not informed until I checked out that you have to request housekeeping service. The phone did not work in my room.

Great location with food and gas close by. It is also very close to the 80 this is a wonderful place to stay while long ago for a long road trip.

Everything was very clean, and the complementary breakfast was complete. The Internet speed was good, and it was nice having access to full cable TV. The staff was also very helpful and friendly.

Filthy. Mold in shower, ants. Hadn’t been cleaned at least since lastvoccupant. Hat, lego, tool and mud ball all under beds. Yellow water, loud, uncooling fridge, and more.

The beds were very comfortable!

#1 The wall had holes in it that appeared to be from the door handle not having a stopper. #2 The carpet was GROSS - I didn't want to remove my shoes! It desperately needs to be shampooed at the minimum! #3 The office chair hydraulic was broken so when you sit in it, it slowly falls lower and lower until you are looking up at the desk. #4 The upholstered chair is so stained and disgusting, that I wouldn't even set my clothes on it. #5 The overhead light had a bulb flickering on and off constantly. #6 the outlets near the beds were so worn out that everything we tried to plug in, just fell out. #7 one of the windows was in operable, and the other was broken on the outside. #8 I attempted to call the front desk from my room at least ten times with no answer either night. #9 There are 2 pillows on each bed - one thick and firm and the other soft/squishier. Since I was traveling with my kids, they both needed the soft ones and I was stuck with a thick firm one and never reached someone to bring another to the room, until our second night when I finally gave up calling from the room and called from my cell phone. #10 The shower wall has a lip that was almost invisible unless you sat down in the shower (Kids!) and the entire underside of that lip was moldy. #11 There was a mostly empty bottle of jack daniels in the fridge from a previous guest. #12 There was a sock just under the edge of the bed, left from a previous guest...

Dirty. Out dated. Oh did I mention dirty? Sheets smelled like bug spray.

Close proximity to the freeway

The refrigerator didn’t work. The light on the desk didn’t work. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and I can hear the person going to the bathroom right next to me.
