About this house rental
Casa Davide is the right place if you want to spend your holiday in the middle of nature, in a quiet place that will make you feel free!
You can enjoy a wonderful view of the Versilia sea while sipping a good glass of wine by Casa Davide\'s pool!
The house has its own entrance and private parking, a private garden at the complete disposal of the guest, outside there is the possibility of eating on the veranda (with a breathtaking view) and there is also a wood-burning oven and a BBQ, and for the little ones some outdoor games.
There is also an outside bathroom for the convenience of guests while they are in the pool, it is equipped with a shower, bidet, basin, WC and also a washing machine.
The house inside is on two floors, on the ground floor we find :
The Kitchen; equipped with an oven, hob, Mokka coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher.
Dining and Living Room; equipped with dining table for 4 people, sofa, armchair and full HD television.
On the first floor are the bedrooms :
Master Bedroom : 1 king size double bed, large wardrobe and bedside tables, en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Bedroom 2 : 1 king size double bed, large wardrobe and bedside tables.
Bathroom 2 : with Shower, Bidet, basin and WC.
Casa Davide, despite its secluded location and surrounded by nature, is not far from the beaches of Versilia, which are only 15 minutes drive away, and also the major tourist destinations in the area are very close, with Florence 1 hour and a half away, Siena 2 hours, Lucca 40 minutes and Le Cinque Terre 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Casa Davide is a destination that appeals to everyone, both nature lovers and sea lovers, being central for visiting the major tourist destinations in and around Tuscany.
The private road to Casa Davide is unpaved and sports cars are not recommended.
The road leading to Casa Davide has a 30% gradient in some places. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2025 to the 15th of October 2025
