This hotel in Cinque terre is awesome! Follow the directions closely they give you on how to get there and you will make it to a lovely hotel stay with a gorgeous view. The property manager was extremely accommodating and treated us like family. 10/10 would recommend.

The view from the terrace is great but be aware that there is a room in the basement (specially for families as it is the only room with space for more than two people). NO OCEAN VIEW, this room has a tiny window that can only be opened if you climb the wall. The room is the one with the rocky walls in the pictures.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Perfect location close to the station and easy to find. Lovely quiet room with air conditioning. The room and bathroom were both clean too. The staff were helpful and friendly too, we were given a complimentary bottle of wine with our room which was a lovely touch. The property also had a terrace with stunning sea views. The only thing we would have liked is for there to be more storage. There were no cupboards to put belongings in. Thankfully we were only there for a couple of nights but this could be more of a challenge for those who have a longer stay. Overall, a lovely experience and I would recommend this property to others

I booked a room with a Seaview and paid extra. Upon check-in and opening are shutters to the Seaview I realize the community/public staircase was literally in front of our window, and every person that walked down those stairs could see, and looked into our window, which was perfectly position to see me in bed. Obviously, this was not a window. I could leave open all day and evening, and even watching the sunset, was accompanied by people walking up and down and looking at me. I merely called management within an hour to explain the situation, and I’d like to be moved to higher room. They didn’t respond till the next day saying there were not any rooms available and at that point at already booked another hotel and was checking out. Of course they would not refund my money even though I did not get what I paid for if you have a Seaview and can never leave your windows open to see it what is the point. This is definitely not a hotel, it is renting a room. Also, they do not serve breakfast. You have to book it ahead and it’s extra fee so everything is in. The pictures is really just a lounge space on top of the roof. The room itself was fine. It’s just you should not put someone in a seaview room if the public can see into the room while you’re laying in bed.

The view from the room was the most beautiful ocean view! The view from the rooftop terrace is stunning all day and especially in the evening at sunset. Probably one of the best spots to stay in Manarola. Such a great place to stay and we had a wonderful host Tatyna who made it extra special and always making sure we had everything we needed / needed to know. We cannot wait to come back!

We had the bottom most room with no windows and it was tight for the four of us. The sunset from the top floor was worth it!

To our disappointment, hotel didn't want to admit anything wrong with their room and refused to do ANY refund at all, yet complaint about our behaviour to Expedia - when in fact we didn't even meet anyone in the hotel, and left the room in ready-to-be-rented-out condition. End up we last minute booked somewhere else and left the room empty for 3 nights without being able to get a single cent back. DO NOT EVER BOOK THE FAMILY ROOM!

It looks like it must have been remodeled recently because it looked very nice. The property manager, Tania, was lovely and very easy to work with. She let us leave our bags there on the day we checked out so we could enjoy the cliff jumping and swimming in Manarola on the day we checked out. Also, I had an issue when I first booked and needed to change something and the owner was very kind, responsive and generous. If I were to come back to Cinque Terra area, I would definitely stay here again. I absolutely recommend this property!

Our host Tatiana was lovely and very helpful. We were arriving later in the evening and she texted directions to the property that PERFECTLY guided us in. She also happily accommodated our request to keep our luggage while we explored after check out. The views from our apartment were amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here!
