Absolutely perfect place to stay. The view from the patio was absolutely stunning. The house was cozy and comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of 5. The owners met us to give us the keys and could not have been nicer or more welcoming. We loved our stay and would stay here again if we are lucky enough to return. Our favorite part was simply relaxing on the patio after a day of hiking. Corniglia is quieter than some of the other Cinque Terre towns which we preferred, yet still has nice restaurants and a few shops.

Exceptional place and exceptional family. Thanks a lot to Christian and his parents for the welcoming and attention. Very special place in the middle of nature. No cars, no traffic, just perfect. Even when raining it was such a great place to stay.

A husband and wife team were on hand to give us the keys and do a walk through. Not only that, but they let us store our bags whilst we visited the town, waiting for check in. Upon going through the rod iron gate, you are escorted on the welcoming walkway by flowers as well as citrus trees and plants on the left, and a view of the vineyards to the right. Once inside, a warming sensation hits your heart. This home was well lived in and the sound of laughter still echos down the hall. There was a lingering sense of love inside and out. Of course, the number one selling feature was the front deck. Once the sun goes down over the surrounding hillside, the fading colors of a sunset sky overcome your senses as you sit and take in the seascape with every sip of wine (a local bottle was in the frig…excellent!) We felt the urge to cook a meal in this adorable kitchen (which only needs better knives) after having gone to the town and picked up fresh produce, cheese, pasta, and local made olive oil. Our meal was followed by a walk back up to Corniglia where we enjoyed a lovely dessert and more wine at Il Pirun. The owner there, a man named Louis, was a generational member of the community as were the owners of this quaint country home. We felt we were part of a historic community that the rest of the world should take note of. There is a loving sense of belonging here that should be revered and not trampled. Tread lightly. They welcomed our visit and deserve all the respect you can muster for sharing their home in Corniglia!

I wish we had stayed longer?

Beautiful views! Comfortable and very accommodating! Marco and his wife met us and gave us a tour, directions on everything in the villa and the keys. Also gave us recommendations on places to eat in Corniglia and Vernazza- very helpful! Great location as long as you don't mind stairs.

Just know unless you pay for a person to deliver your luggage, you will be carrying it up the stairs at some point. We knew this so we prepared. Not fun but not terrible and worth it for the view!

The view was amazing. Lovely shower. Helpful contact from host and beautiful entrance and outside sitting area. Gorgeous private natural setting.

Noise from train (couldnt be helped) and the light switches were very confusing. Some labels would have helped! Lot and lots of steps ok for us but no option to get there other than by steps. Shuttle bus up was good but you then have approx 200 long steps down to property.

The balcony area was beautiful. The view was magnificent. The location was great.

In summer, it was a hothouse. Would be perfect in spring or autumn. Air conditioning in bedrooms would have made this so much better.

The host personally welcomed us with fresh tomatoes and a bottle of local wine. They were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Corniglia is located on the top of a hill crest so there are many stairs to climb to get to this accommodation. The sea side view from the patio was spectacular. It is very private. The rooms are well decorated, comfortable and clean. The air conditioning kept the place cool but the windows all open to the sea breeze which is even more refreshing than the air conditioner. The town itself is adorable. It didn't seem to be as busy as the other Cinque Terra villages. We loved the way the buildings cling to the sides of the cliffs. The beach is down a very steep set of stairs. Once you make it to the beach, the water is cool and refreshing. This village is in the middle of the 5 so it is a great spot to stay to visit the entire area. Highly recommend.

Nice hosts, they even bring us tomatoes en they were delicicious. The villa was excellent with goor beds and many space for each other.

You need to be sportive because of the many many stairs.

The location was amazing, the views spectacular, and the hosts we met were very friendly.

We struggled initially to find it--a more detailed description of where to park, which steps to follow, etc...would have been helpful. We did find it eventually, but it took 20 stressful minutes.

This is a wonderful place to stay when you are in Corniglia. Marco and his wife were really great and the views were spectacular!!!! It was a bit tricky to get to the apartment because of the stairs, but it was well worth it. My only suggestion would be to go light on the luggage. I am going to recommend this location to any of my friends/family considering staying in Cinque Terre.

Utsikten. Terassen. Läget. Corniglia var mysigt. Trädgården var fin. Fanns citron-och granatäppleträd! Stora sovrum.

Var inte så välstädat. Fanns ej grillkol till grillen och fick ej hjälp av ägaren tyvärr.

La vue est splendide, le lieu est parfait pour visiter les cinq Terres!

Les équipements de la villa sont un peu vétustes mais rapidement compensés par la vue.

Villaen er veldig bra lokalisert og har en veldig fin utsikt. Vertene er kjempehyggelige, de traff oss med en flaske husets vin og forklarte hvor vi kan spise og bade. Det er kort vei til alle turområdene. Vertene sikrer på at du finner vei frem.

Talosta on upea merimaisema. Mukava terassi, jossa voinauttia auringosta ja maisemistaLisäksi talossa oli myös takaterassi ja kaunis puutarha. Se on lähellä kapunkia, mutta hyvin rauhallisessa paikassa. Sinne täytyy kulkea portaita pitkin, joten kovin huonokuntoisennei kannata vuokrata tätä asuntoa. Omistajapariskunta oli super ystävällinen. Marco vastasi viesteihin heti ja lähetti etukäteen hyödylliset ohjeet.

Superbe emplacement à Corniglia, la vue sur la mer et le village de Vernazza est époustouflante. Nous nous sentions vraiment en vacances.

Quelques détails de propreté dans la cuisine et salle de bain mais les chambres étaient très propres et on avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour cuisiner et des produits nettoyants aussi.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, koselig hus og veldig hyggelig vertskap! Et perfekt sted for å utforske Cinque Terre eller for å nyte rolige dager.

Huset er litt slitt og noen småting kunne vært fikset. Men det hadde sin sjarm og gjorde ingenting for totalopplevelsen.
