Great location, very clean and comfortable, excellent parking outside apartment.

The location was perfect. The flat is very close to the seafront promenade and there are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants a few steps away, including a vegan cafe just across the road. It was also great to have free parking right outside the building. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and peaceful in the building. We were only there for 2 days, but the fact that there was a fridge, washing machine, a coffee machine, and cleaning products would be very useful for longer stays. I also really appreciate that they allow pets and free of charge, as any dog owner will know, holidays are not the same without them! Overall I was very happy in fact if I return to Jávea I will definitely consider rebooking.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like. Maybe if there was an electric kettle to boil water for tea, that would be great. For this type of accommodation I can't fault it at all.

The property was beautifully kept and clean.It was easy to keep in touch with the owners, regarding any problems.Within easy reach of most facilities.Parking available.Nothing negative.

No reflection on the property or the owners but we had noise from other inconsiderate tenants in the block with music and shouting in the early hours,I nearly called the police.Hopefully,the other owners will be able to police this behaviour themselves i.e.not allowing all male parties etc.

Situación cerca del mar

Parking estrecho Puertas de los apartamento ruidosas al cerrarse, con un burlete o algo parecido se solucionaría el problema. Paredes muy finas, se oye perfectamente conversaciones del apartamento contiguo. La nevera hace ruido al ponerse en marcha el compresor.
