Appartement impeccable, spacieux, climatisé Proche de la gare, proche centre ville. Il serait interressant d'indiquer que le Darmi Park n'est pas loin et pas cher pour ceux qui reste plusieur jours et viennent en voiture...

Problemos su elektra, dažnai išmušdavo saugiklius, mes kaip vyrai, tai susitvarkydavome, bet jeigu kas nelabai žino ką daryti, bus reikalų. Nuo 20 h vakaro, prasideda chaosas gatvėse, juodaodžiai iš Sirijos ar Libano pradeda rengti savo kraujo puotas. Rėkia, kabinėjasi, vartoja narkotikus, gatvės yra siaubingos, gatvėse labai baugu eiti ir pan. Šeimoms ir merginoms nerekomenduojame ten apsistoti.

The apartement was very nice, located on the first floor of an apartement building at abusy street. It was very clean and the windows kept the noise outside. Cristina the host comunicated with us through WhatsApp and told us about Check-In and important stuff. She welcomed us very friendly for Check in and sent us some recommendations for restaurants in La Spezia. We couldn't leave our luggage at Check-Out as there were other guests arriving but the host told us about a Stow and Go near the train station which was the perfect solution. For exploring 5 Terre it was perfectly located as it took 5 minutes to the train station (also Taxis to Portovenere go from there) and 20 minutes to the harbor for boat tours. The city center with lots of restaurants and shops was aprox. 10 minutes away.

Kitchen necessities are provided and there was a italian-coffee-machine to make coffee at the stove. Maybe a Nespresso Machine would be nice as it took some time to provide all the coffee needed by 4 adults. I would also suggest to add a waste bin at the second bathroom. Other than that everything was really wonderful.
