It was reasonably clean
There was a lot of dust behind the bedroom drawers and the WiFi was pretty much nonexistent we couldn’t even get one device to work

It was cosy ! Shame about the kids toys being gone :(
It had a bit of a damp smell , and the bedding was quite thick it was so hot all week , and the windows in bathroom didn’t shut completely so a lot of spiders kept coming , also needs blinds in bathroom I like more privacy than just the glass :(

Was a very hot weekend, this property was in the perfect spot for keeping cool and was only a short walk down to the restaurant and other amenities of the parkdean resort.
There were amazing places to travel and see.. we went to Clovelly village and waterfall, exmoor zoo and Barnstaple town as our main big day's out. This property fell perfectly nearby so many amazing attractions to visit.
There was a few issues upon arrival, however the host was very quick to respond and dealt with the issues in a timely manor. The WiFi was very slow and hard to get working. That being said we did not spend much time at the property so wasn't a major issue to us.
