Chalet is clean and owner is responsive and helpful. The view is amazing and quiet at night. Close to reception, entertainment and play area.

WiFi is weak and more often than not, one have to wait till late for nearby parking to free up late at night. Foot path towards the property can be filled with rubbish thrown from nearby sitting area.

Great location near clubhouse with ample grass space out the front.

The chalet was beautifully clean and the location on the park was perfect especially when you have children

Everything was lovely

The property itself was very clean and had most of the home comforts you would need. Position was good. The park was not too busy and even with being right next to the entertainment venue we did not hear anything.

The beds were not comfortable at all so none of us slept well. I know sofa beds are occasional use and the mattresses are notorious for being thin, but this one was awful. Definitely couldn’t have 2 people sleep on it as a double bed. We had to put our youngest on it and have one of the adults sleep in the bunk bed instead- not that the bed mattresses were much better. Being mostly carpet, keeping it clean was a nightmare as there is only a broom available. I know when you go on holiday cleaning is not a priority but with people and pets going in and out you still want to try keep the place tidy. Providing a vacuum or replacing the carpet with laminate/ vinyl would be much easier.
