Lovely clean house with good host
Clean fresh property. Good location to grab supplies
The mattresses on the main bedroom and small bedroom were lumpy and uncomfortable. Lack of recycling bin and general waste. With dog poo bags and nappies we had to keep them outside the door in the shed, which the host did direct us to do. Just would have been good to have the main bins to hand.

Ideal for our stay
Location was good for us as we were visiting family in Bideford. It was very clean and very well presented. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment, we had everything we needed. Sofa was comfy but I particularly liked the stylish green chairs in the lounge. Host was responsive when contacted. Simple key pick up from the Spar at the local garage. In a residential area but was very quiet at night, had no issues there at all.
The mattress and the pillows in the second double room could really do with upgrading to something a bit more supportive. Fans for the summer would be a welcome addition, as would use of the wifi. I couldnt find a welcome book/pack and it said online there was no internet access but there was a router in the cupboard so there appears to be some there. Otherwise I couldn't really fault it.

Brilliant stay, we were visiting for a weekend family wedding nearby and it was ideal! Owner was very helpful!
Lovely house, very clean, well equipped and good location. Owner was very responsive when we had a slight issue with the hob (which we managed to sort very quickly) she even offered to cook us some breakfast and bring over! Great service!
The only thing we could mention here was one of the beds mattresses was not as supportive as we might have expected but it didn’t spoil our stay at all and I would still highly recommend the place!

Bedroom two the bed needs a new mattress as it's uncomfortable and could feel springs. No tin opener or tea towels
