Very bad experience. Stay away. Do not trust Francisco. Overpriced

The apartment is well appointed as it has at least six beds so that a family could stay comfortably. The location is good, close to bus stop that unfortunately was not usable because of the construction.

There are many problems with this property. It is managed by a company that couldn’t care less about the guests. Francisco is a terrible manager: Francisco is rude, unpleasant, and has a way with words which will definitely not attract valuable or valued customers to this apartment or his company. The bathroom was half broken when we came in. There was no attempt to remedy this only a short text stating “regards from Portugal”. I hope never again to have to deal with Francisco Guedes! In addition, in the middle of our stay, there was a major construction that was started in front of the house. There was no parking or access on foot to the building. We had a guest with delicate health who needed to jump over a fence to get into the property. This should have been communicated to the guests ahead of time. The officials of the Gemeinde (authorities) explained to us that the owner and the management has been informed of this. Very bad experience.

We enjoyed staying here very much in a very well-maintained property with a great location

Very nicely decorated with lots of natural wood. It had also a nice balcony and included a half-bath, as well as laundry area in the basement. Kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes. The location was close and it was downhill to Grindelwald Grund and Terminal stations. A public pool was just next door which was the grandkids favorite activity. Francisco, the property manager, was very responsive.

Everything was great! No issues and we enjoyed our stay very much with 3 adults and 3 kids.
