About this apartment rental
2/2 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: King. 2nd Master: King. Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper. No smoking. 2 dogs under 40 lbs, $25 per day per dog. MUST BE 25 to rent. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our 1200 square foot fully furnished condo is conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay.
This fully furnished 2-bedroom condo is on the 1st floor. There are 2 master suites with king size beds. Both bedrooms have Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with queen sofa sleeper, cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. This property is dog friendly with a 2 dog maximum, 40lb max weight limit, at $25 per day per dog. 2 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact New Braunfels Escapes for pricing details. This property is $1700 per month for January and February only.

We enjoyed staying at your property. The proximity to the wedding venue was very handy! Also, we appreciated the quick attentiveness to repair of some chairs and a slow draining sink in our rental. It is well cared for, and it shows!

We had a nice stay. The condo was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect! The only few things I didn’t care for are:The tv’s don’t work unless you have a streaming account to log into and I just wanted to lay in bed and watch regular tv. It’s in the front of the building by the parking lot, so people coming and going or lingering, is very loud and wake you up. The people above us were screaming, blaring music, fighting, storming and slamming doors until 3am. Lastly, the grilling area is open and in 105 degree weather, there is no shade. All in all we had a wonderful trip. Thanks you.
