The space it offers, and the convenience for parking.
The bedroom was lovely, the bathroom was great, the bath was tiny, don’t recommend using that.
The outside garden is a useful space .
As mentioned the bath was too small, it was a small issue, but behind the front door is a wooden box housing a few electrical bits and a metre, and I couldn’t fully open the front door, so made bringing stuff in and out quite tricky with a 5 month old baby.

Not really a complaint, but my only negative, I like a really hot shower and couldn’t get it above lukewarm warm, but it was a really good shower!

More than we’d hoped for. Very clean and comfortable and the issue we had with the fire alarm was attended to straight away!
Nit picking but wasn’t too enamoured with parking on the busy road. Soon got used to it and it won’t affect us returning!
