About this cottage rental

Stroll straight into the heart of St Ives from this bright and spacious townhouse. A home from home for couples, friends or families (and dog friendly too), it has the rare bonus of a designated parking space opposite the property, as well as a cosy wood burner and lovely views from its top-floor balcony.

This mid-terrace property is set over three storeys and combines lovely period features with modern touches. On the ground floor, you’ll find a welcoming lounge with seating that surrounds a wood burner. If you’re in need of entertainment, you can stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The kitchen/diner is set up to make holiday cooking easy, boasting an air fryer as well as a microwave. There are two bedrooms on the first floor: a double with ample storage and a dressing table, and a twin with traditional-style metal beds. On this level, there’s also a family bathroom and a handy separate WC. The top floor is home to the final bedroom, with its king-size bed tucked under sloping ceilings. This room boasts a little balcony which makes the perfect spot for a lazy morning with a coffee and the newspaper, or perhaps a cheeky sundowner. Another choice of outside space is the enclosed front garden, which has a bench seat from which you can sit and watch passers-by. Opposite the house is a designated parking space.

Popular St Ives has it all: long, golden beaches that are safe for families, an array of shops and a huge choice of places to eat and drink. For some artistic input, visit the Tate St Ives, the Barbara Hepworth Museum & Sculpture Garden or the Leach Pottery (0.5 miles). For a change of scene, St Michael’s Mount, the Minack Theatre and Land’s End are all within 20 miles.
