The location was excellent. Sebastien met up with us and followed us up to the flat (he also carried one of our daughter's very heavy suitcases all the way up to the top floor😊).
The only thing stopping me from giving the highest rate on everything was that we would have wanted an ironing board. And also that the wifi didn't work the last night and following morning.

The location of the apartment was excellent. In the heart of the old town and very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The view from the bedroom and living room was amazing.
Being at the top, be prepared for the stairs up!

Posizione, ambiente, comodità, luce. Comodo il bagno anche se piccolo e buona doccia.
Nel Vieux Nice quarto piano senza ascensore può capitare; diciamo che per persone con problemi di età e/o deambulazione non va tanto bene. Frigo da sbrinare, una lampadina da cambiare nelle scale. Piccoli dettagli facili da risolvere

However, the apartment is on the 4th floor and no lift. The mezzanine floor has a very low ceiling height. My 13yo couldn’t stand straight. Also, the apartment has only one bathroom.
