5 minutes to Beach! Newly renovated 2 BR family sized cottage

The whole experience was wonderful! The house was exactly as listed. It was well stocked with all the necessities for 6 people. The neighborhood was quite and in a great location.

We were two couples, my husband and I, and our son and daughter-in-law. There was plenty of room to relax after a day exploring St. Augustine. The bedrooms are comfortable and private on opposite sides of living area. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is outstanding, moments from anything you’d like to do in and around St. Augustine. The outdoor furniture is very nice and we especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We will return the next time we’re in the area!

It was a second time we stayed at this property, it is absolutely perfect and we are planning to come again.

We were vacationing in St. Augustine for the second time. There were four of us, two couples. The house located on a quiet street, 15 minutes walk to the Flagler College. The house is fully renovated, very clean, with very comfortable layout. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and we used it all the time. All appliances are new, there are some basic supplies present too. Also, we found plenty of spare blankets, towels, bedding. Beach towels, beach chairs were also available. There is also a nice covered porch with comfy chairs facing a quiet street where we spent almost every night. Owner was very responsive to provide check-in information. We will definitely be back next year, this place is great.
