Everything was beautiful, especially the view!

I had a problem with the bathroom sink and nobody arrived to fix it

I liked everything about the Property

The address on the app got us to a wrong house, the uber driver dropped us off and we had to request again to get to the right address

Great location with beautiful views of Table Mountain. Very convenient being next to a shopping center and within walking distance to the beach and other restaurants

We liked everything, however, the gas ran out while we were there and we feel that the unit could do with a bit of maintenance but there was nothing serious

We were there 2 years ago. It was great.Location is perfect.

When you get to a holiday destination and you pay that kind of money you expect at least an iron that is working and an ironing board. The cupboard under the sink was so dirty it’s actually looks like someone was living there and just moved out and the cupboard left like that. Tv remote and aircon remote not working - yes and it’s universal remote but during the night sometimes one needs to change it - so one room aircon remote did not work. Then the tv remote works to put the tv on but the sound buttons does not work - you cannot change it on the tv. Kitchen plates/knives/forks - all looks so run down - looks like the owner went to a pawn shop and bought 1 from every pawn shop you can get. Like the plug in the basin in one of the bathrooms we closed and couldn’t get it open again - and you can see the plug was damaged before to get it open,why does the owner not fix it. We were 4 people in the unit with one basin.We rented the unit 2 years back and it was great!!!We were very disappointed!!!Staff was very friendly!!
