This lovely three-bedroom, ground-floor condo is tucked into a quiet location near the woods, yet you’re just minutes from all the Sea Colony amenities, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Your sunny, screened sunporch is perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails, and don’t forget to turn on the string lights for added ambiance.

Inside, you’ll find a fully upgraded space, with a full kitchen renovation completed in 2022. The open space features new furnishings, and calming decor that will make you feel comfortable in no time. The sleek kitchen, with a waterfall countertop, open shelving, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, is a chef’s delight. Dine together at the large farmhouse table, and then head out to explore for the day, and take advantage of the free Sea Colony shuttle to get around.

Nice comfortable . Quiet area . Clean . Some dog hair and smell but disappeared after 24 hours of being in it . Good set up . Only one basic cable tv per house But still enjoyed the area and house overall was fine
