This resort retreat's first floor features a living and dining area, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, full bath, and both a front patio and rear screened porch, while the second floor offers a spacious landing (known as the studio), a full hallway bath, and three bedrooms, including the main bedroom suite with its own private bath and sundeck. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer, and more. Private one-car garage too! Four TVs, two DVDs, WiFi, and a gas fireplace

THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older.
