We enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of space in this unit! The house needs some updating with kitchen appliances and other items. Loved the screened in porch and sea colony community!

The Sea Colony property is lovely and well kept. It feels safe and secure no matter what time of day. It was also quiet and people were very respectful. It is easy to walk everywhere on the property and there are so many pools that we never felt crowded. The beach is also lovely and it's so nice to have a space that doesn't get as crowded as the public beaches. The interior of the home we stayed in was a bit dated and there were minor inconveniences (the microwave handle was broken, the screen on the porch damaged, the toaster didn't work, the beds weren't great) but all of these things were minor and didn't impact us much. We very much enjoyed our stay for the second time and would return. We also felt like the Bethany Beach area was very family friendly.

Not a great check in. No person to talk to only text to a computer .Kitchen and bathrooms dirty- had to ask for additional cleaning to be done. Would like a refund
