About this apartment rental
Our gorgeous, newly renovated and decorated condo is perfect for families with children of all ages! We have a huge, private yard behind our condo that leads to Lake Heron where you can enjoy spectacular fishing! Lounge and relax in our all-weather wrap-around porch (with refrigerated Tiki Bar) and enjoy a perfect view of the beautiful lake! Our 3 bedroom condo will comfortably sleep 9 with 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles (bunk bed), 1 Twin (trundle under bunk bed) and a Queen size pull out couch. We are a short walk to the Aquatic and Fitness Center, playground, walking paths and Sea Colonies' infamous tram shuttle to Sea Colonies' private 1.5 mile beach.
We have brand new wide-plank engineered flooring throughout the condo and magnificent new kitchen appliances, lighting and furniture. Our luxurious plantation shutters open the view to Lake Heron and Sea Colony West landscaping. 12 amazing pools are a tram ride or short walk from the condo for your enjoyment. The closest pool, less than 200 yards from our condo, was updates the summer of 2023 and has an amazing water play area of young kids. We have high-speed internet, a library of great beach reads, high def Xfinity cable and a gorgeous gas fireplace.
Our master bedroom has the king size bed (with a memory foam pillow top) and a gorgeous view of Heron Lake. It has a newly renovated bathroom with heated flooring and a body massage multi-jet shower. Our custom window treatments have a black-out shade option, as well as a beautiful privacy shade.
Our second bedroom has a queen size bed. The loft bed we built is not well liked due to the lack of head space, therefore we are having it removed August, 2024. Bedroom #3 has a bunk bed with 2 full mattresses and 1 twin trundle. Our gorgeous living room couch also has a queen pull out bed.
The most spectacular part of our condo is the fabulous all-weather wrap around porch viewing Lake Heron! Additionally, the spacious lawn between us and the water offers plenty of room for a variety of outdoor festivities! On our deck or patio, you can enjoy the peace and quiet, or turn the corner of our porch and delight in the festivities of our tiki-bar!
Our home away from home is a fabulous get-away for all and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was really nice, well decorated and furnished, very clean and in a quiet location! We really enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the screened in porch. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our week at this property. Good location, very quiet. The house had everything we needed. Easy communications with the owner. I highly recommend!

While the unit was clean and cute (the Tiki bar) it was very dreary…not enough light throughout the unit…..especially the living room area. Too many Nicknacks around also. Master bedroom and bath were the best rooms 2nd bath needs to be updated especially shower head and shower liner. No toaster just a toaster oven that we needed to clean before using. 2nd bedroom said a queen size mattress but it was a full not a queen the overhead bunk bed was ridiculous if you weren’t careful you’d bang your head getting out of bed! There was a regular big bulky ladder in the closet to use to get up their and a fan that was so close to your head I was afraid to put on. Was told there was a BBQ but was filthy and no gas tank so no you couldn’t use the BBQ. The unit was definitely secluded as stated. The view of the lake was non existent due to overgrown bushes. While we made the best of it we will not be staying there again!
