Come enjoy your next vacation in this brand new multilevel vacation home in the amenity rich Ocean View Beach Club! Located 2 miles from downtown Bethany Beach, this home offers 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, den and spacious loft. Enjoy the open floor plan for gathering and an open outside front porch to enjoy the sunsets. The first floor primary bedroom has a king bed and large primary bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, double vanity and a large walk in closet. Want or need to work remotely? The den offers a motorized stand up desk with dual monitors, a universal base station that works with all laptops (some drivers may need to be installed) and sofa bed. Enjoy gathering in the bright open dining, living area and well stocked kitchen (Keurig, coffee pot, blender, etc) with sliding glass door access to the back yard that is large enough to play yard games. The first floor also has a powder room. Upstairs you will find a large loft equipped with an 85 inch TV and a game table that converts from Ping-Pong to air hockey to a regular table top for card games and puzzles. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and cable. Laundry room is also upstairs. 4 beach chairs and corn hole provided.
Guest may take advantage of many community amenities, including outdoor pool, billiards, fitness center, sauna, locker rooms, miles of walking paths, pickle ball, bocce ball, and basketball when pickleball is not in use. The 2022 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age 6 and above, while using the amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Renters gain access to the clubhouse and pools using homeowner access cards.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed the house and the community ammenities, especially the pool and nice walking paths. I agree with a previous renter that a patio, in the backyard, would have been appreciated. It gets nice shade in the afternoon and it would be a nice upgrade. The yard has very dry sparce grass and it isn't comfortable to walk or play on..
The shuttle bus only runs on weekends. Sadly, we realized this too late to enjoy the convenience of this amenity.
The house was comfortable and we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and functional The beds were comfortable.
We had an enjoyable stay with our family.

Loved the space and beautiful kitchen! Game room was fantastic for kids and the huge couch was great for gathering. Beds were ultra comfy and the bunk beds were a hit for the kids. Office got some use (even though we were on vacation). Community was beautiful for nightly walks. Be sure to spend the money on amenities passes so you can enjoy outdoor pool and clubhouse.

The house was exactly as the pictures and descriptions described. There were a few issues though. And while the management team was very responsive early on during the stay, nothing was really ever done to correct the issues and on our second to last full day was someone sent out to the home.

The home was very spacious with 5 bedrooms and a large office space as well as beautifully decorated. My teenagers loved the upstairs family room and hockey/ping pong table. The community was nice with a pool/gym that was never extremely busy as well as perfect for walks.
