MINI-WEEKS AVAILABLE ALL SEASON in POOL COMMUNITY! This fabulous townhouse just minutes to the beautiful beaches of Bethany! Accommodating 11, this bright, cheery, tastefully and comfortably appointed home offers a first floor bedroom & bath, fully equipped kitchen and electric BBQ grill for those nights that you'd like to dine in! Also offers a huge 3rd Fl Family room adjacent to a spacious deck, 1st fl patio, in-home laundry facilities and a community pool. The BEST part is that you can even bring your pet with a signed pet addendum and minimum $300 pet fee! Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. You will be mere minutes from shopping, restaurants, playgrounds, the beach and boardwalk, plus just a short drive away from boating, surfing and skim boarding activities at the Delaware Seashore State Park. Have a rainy day? Stay in and binge-watch your favorite shows on one of the 3 UHD Smart TV's. Bringing bikes or beach toys? Feel free to use the 1 car garage for storage or for your car. Main living area is on 3rd floor.
Guests pay a $180 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the home is beautiful and set up so nice for everyone to be in one area. We enjoyed our stay. Only thing is I wish it were closer to the beach I felt like it was a bit misleading on the maps. With that said I would still rent it again it was perfect for us

For the house being brand new and for the price we paid, the house was very dirty. We understand that after each stay, the house is not deep cleaned but the floors and bathrooms were dirty with leftover trash and soap residue from prior renters. The carpeted stairs were hairy and did not seem to be vacuumed, the floors did not seem to be washed. There was broken glass from the parking lot and pieces were on the kitchen floor. The beds were very comfortable and the layout was great for our family’s needs! Furniture and decor was very lovely! House directions were clear, location was great and close to our favorite spots. As previously noted by other reviews, traffic from the road was loud. We loved the pool as well! Does have the potential to be a great vacation spot!
