Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It was so great experience to stay there. It’s sooooo beautiful home and comfortable. It’s a very quiet place. I will come back next time with big family to stay there I hope available next time. Thank you for letting us stay there. Hope you have a great weekend!!!

The unit was very clean and very spacious! Beds and pillows very comfortable. Called to report a few light bulbs that were out and I said no need to replace until we leave, but they were replaced same day while we were out playing tennis. Great location … next to fitness center close to outdoor pool. 10 min walk to tennis center. Overall a great stay and look forward to coming back.

Great house and location. As an owner renting with my family I highly recommend this house and will be sure to rent it again. There was a few things here and there that need to be fixed but nothing major.
