No 01 Small Studio flat in Aylesbury town Station

Location was good and access to shops etc

Pillow on the bed was very flat not mat in the bathroom/toilet

The location was perfect for a short work stay in the area. It was convenient for Aylesbury and the district, close to the main road and with shops nearby. Access was easy, and phone support was quick when I needed it. Spotlessly clean. Netflix and Disney etc was a massive plus as well as racing fast Wifi :-)

There was an odd assortment of kitchen items - for example, no spoon, bowl or plate, no bottle-opener. Parking outside on the lane behind was a little wild-West, with some probability that competition for places might be high on some days - however, this was okay with my small car on the days I stayed. The host seemed a little brusque and put the phone down when I offered compliments about the very nice cleaning lady. Perhaps he misheard or something. In any event a neat little room and quite good value for money.

Filthy windows On a very busy road Damaged blinds Heater hanging off wall Folding table hanging off wall Cost includes £40 cleaning charge, seems excessive for size of room and top of fridge freezer hasn't been wiped for a while. Only had a hand towel not much use after a shower. Had to stand on tip toes to reach the shower controls. Communal stairs lighting timer didnt last more than 2 seconds so struggled to lock door as I left at 0415 Saturday morning and could have fell down stairs in the dark. Photos and description on app are extremely deceiving as its a room with a tiny private bathroom and small kitchenette.
