The room is clean and modern but there are no other facilities at the hotel, I wouldn’t call it luxury

The room is very clean and modern

The staff do not speak any English. I don’t expect them to be completely fluent, but they didn’t even understand basic things like ‘room number’. If you work in tourism I think you should have a basic grasp of English.

Excellent location for visiting key sites in Budva

Excellent location. Very clean. Host was welcoming, responsive to our needs and gave travel advice. Linked us with a driver for our airport transfer. Breakfast at the Garden cafe was excellent (however it would be good to vary the menu). The room and bed were comfortable.

An iron and a chair in the room would have been great. The overall price per night should be a little lower.

It was very clean, the building is brand new and so is the interiors, there's a spot for parking in front of the building and the owner (?) was very helpful both in finding the location and also afterwards.

Our room was pretty small and I wished I had a desk to work withy laptop.

Tesis sahibi Türktü yardımsever ve iyi niyetliydi soru sorduğumuzda ilgilendi ve yardımcı olmaya çalıştı odamız da gayet temiz ve konforluydu biz çok memnun kaldık tavsiye ediyorum. Hemen önünde kendine özel otoparkı da vardı o yüzden bir problem yaşamadık tesisten çıkmamıza rağmen arabamızın otoparkta kalmasına izin verdi bu davranış da çok hoşumuza gitti kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz

Sehr sauber! Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert! Personal sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Etwas Probleme mit der Verständigung, aber durch die Übersetzungsapp hat alles funktioniert. Parkplätze gibt es genügend.

Eşim ve 2 yaşında oğlumla tatil yaptık . Tesis oldukça temiz ve harikaydı konumu gayet iyi etrafında marketler ve kafeler bulunuyor . Odalar temiz ve kullanışlı . Tesis sahibi Yücel bey ve oğlu Andaç bey çok ilgililer her konuda yardımcı oldular . Gidilecek ve görülecek tüm yerleri söylediler. Girilecek plajdan tutun yemek yeme yerlerine kadar her konuda yardımcı oldular . Eğer aklınızda gitmeden sormak istediğiniz konu varsa rezervasyon yaptırdıktan sonra arayıp danışabilirsiniz .

Genel olarak her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Tesisin işletmecisi Yücel Bey misafirlerle birebir ilgilenen birisi otele girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar. Şehirin gezilecek tarihi yerlerini, gidilecek plajlarını, yemek yenilecek yerleriyle ilgili bizi çok doğru bir şekilde yönlendirdi. Kendisine buradan tekrardan teşekkür ediyoruz.

Εάν ψάχνεις ένα διαμέρισμα με κλειστή θέση στάθμευσης και καλή τιμή είναι ότι πρέπει.

Κοντά στο κέντρο, μας περημενε ο ιδιοκτήτης,φιλικός ,είχε κλειστη θεση στάθμευσης..Έδειχνε σύγχρονο εσωτερικά.

Μικρό διαμερισμα, ,μπαλκόνι μικρό,μπάνιο πολύ μικρό, κοιτούσε πίσω σε μια πολυκατοικία.Πληρώσαμε τους έξτρα φόρους της πόλης και και την αξία του δωματίου, ζήτησα απόδειξη και έλαβα την απάντηση είναι καινούριο το διαμέρισμα δεν έχουμε ταμειακή μηχανή. Πώς γίνεται να βγάζεις λεφτά σαν επιχείρηση και να μην εκδίδεις παραστατικά? Απαράδεκτο.. ο Ιδιοκτήτης δεν ήξερε αγγλικά επικοινωνία με μετάφραση google.

Camera per tre arredata molto bene, letti alti e comodi, anche abbastanza larghi. Piccolo balcone che affacciava sulla strada. Bagno nuovo. L’host é stato davvero gentilissimo nel l’aiutarci al meglio in tutto, per il parcheggio, nella scelta delle spiagge ecc. davvero una persona squisita e sempre disponibile

Camera un po’ piccola per tre persone, non c’è spazio per i bagagli, bagno nuovo ma anch’esso un po’ piccolo

Все было замечательно! Очень добрый и отзывчивый владелец - Мехмет! Спасибо большое за гостеприимство, всегда был с нами на связи и отвечал на все интересующиеся вопросы. В номере чисто, красиво, аккуратно, все супер, очень близко к набережной и старому городу - 10/15 минут пешком. Чистая душевая, милая терраса. Очень советуем данное жилье!☺️

Blizu je Autobuske stanice a u veoma mirnom kraju. U neposrednoj blizini par dobrih restorana Sobe udobne i imate sve vrste uređaja Vlasnik je veoma ljubazan i izlazio nam je u susret za sve naše upite. Sigurno ćemo se ponovo vratiti. Sve pohvale i naravno svaka preporuka nećete pogrešiti.

Dobra lokacija, mirno mesto, prosječan smeštaj. Sve u svemu okej utisak.

Soba je bila hladna kad smo stigli, trebalo je par sati da se zagrije. Nakon dužeg putovanja bio nam je potreban odmor u toploj prostoriji, to nam je malo pokvarilo cjelokupni prvi utisak.

O Mehmet é muito simpático e prestativo, deu-nos informações e foi possível deixar a mala após o checkout. Prédio novo,tem elevador e tudo igual às fotografias; Pagamento só em dinheiro; Quarto com varanda, óptimo para colocar a roupa da praia a secar; Televisão com canais do país; wi-fi e ar condicionado funcionam bem. Vários supermercados,cafés/restaurantes ao redor; 10min a pé da estação rodoviária; 15min a pé das praias e paragem de autocarro para Sveti Stefan etc; 20min a pé da cidade velha. Sugestões para um toque extra: adicionarem um suporte dentro da banheira para se colocar os produtos enquanto se toma banho,em vez de ter que ficar no chão. Adicionarem pires e colheres onde estão os copos e a kettle. Eu não precisei e não perguntei mas no quarto não havia gel de duche ou sabonete líquido para as mãos.
