Nice stay in the heart of Budva (a bit underwhelming breakfast)

We enjoyed our stay overall. We had two rooms with balconies overlooking a garden, and the rooms were very quiet — we could hardly hear anything from the street, even though the hotel is in a vibrant area of Budva. The balconies each had a set of chairs and a small table, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Although the guest house may seem a little far from the beach, I don’t see it as a drawback. There are plenty of shops, bakeries, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and it takes about 15–20 minutes to reach the beach, which makes for a pleasant walk. The underground garage is a bit small, but I assume that’s fairly common in Budva. We had no difficulty parking while the lot was mostly empty, though I can imagine it might be trickier when it’s full. Parking costs €7 per day. Each room had a large fridge, which was a big plus. The rooms were also quite spacious, the Wi-Fi worked fine, and communication with the owner was good and prompt.

I must admit, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast options, which is why we gave a lower rating. Even though there are plenty of choices, you can only select one per day, and we ended up choosing the same ones each morning (1. fried eggs with sausages, bread, a little cream cheese, and vegetables; 2. omelette with ham and cheese), as the other options weren’t as satisfactory for us. It was a bit of an experiment for us to stay at a place with a served breakfast rather than a buffet, and I don’t think we would choose this option again. The service was also somewhat disappointing, as the staff seemed rather unwelcoming. Additionally, the fact that even a latte macchiato was served in smaller glasses—different from those given to outside guests—felt like a sign that the hotel was trying to cut costs at the expense of its own guests.

Great stay overall

The room was great, spacious and very clean. The host was amazing, gave us recommendations and helped us with any information we needed. Breakfast was good, included in the price and right at the cafe downstairs. We also had a parking spot, which was great as Budva is very crowded and parking spots are very hard to find.

The beach was pretty far away, approx. 30-35 mins away.

Our Host Dalia was absolutely amazing she looked after us really well, always keen to help with everything, 100 recommended stay in her place, definitely if will come Budva one more time I'll choose this place again,

Nice and cosy

It was a great stay. Dalia was very friendly and attentive, and generously let us check out at 2pm, as we had an evening flight. The cleanliness of the place was very high. My only suggestion is to use/change fabric softener as the bathroom towels were quite hard.

The locality was vibrant and lively.

The location was central, close to the Bus station and walkable to the Budva beach. The hotel was good, and had a balcony that was useable for al fresco dining. The staff and management were helpful and kind and assisted when necessary.

The breakfast was good but choice was limited and rationed. There was no lift to the upper floors, and entrance was by a side open staircase, the bathroom could have been better designed as as the water drained out on the floor from the shower.

Very enjoyable stay!!

Dalia has been very responsive and helpful during our stay. She arranged for transportation from the airport and gave us very useful tips :) The hotel also had a garage so we could park the car we had rented with no issues.

The bathroom sink needed to be unclogged. Besides, while having a shower, the water was often running out of it. Since we had accidentally turned off the boiler the hot water was not coming through, I suggest to put a label on the switches to prevent this from happening in the future as you can confuse it with the light switch.

Superb

Very clean, comfortable room, even though it was on a busy road it was very quiet. The room was well equipped. (Hairdryer, aircon, fridge, kettle, iron to borrow) Close to the main bus station from where you can travel all over Montenegro. The breakfast is at the restaurant, you could order from it’s breakfast menu. It was tasty.

The staff was a bit unwilling. That is why it is 9 and not 10.

We might return here!

The room is clean modern and very good looking. Breakfast is not all you can eat but a la carte. There is a great variety, it is of good quality and portions are plentyful. All in all very good price/value ratio.

It is not located near the sea thats probably the only downside. There is a good big store nearby though. Also the main bus station is very close to it.

Accommodation (Deluxe Double Room with balcony) was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The location of the guesthouse was good, situated in a local neighborhood close to markets, restaurants and retail shops and is within easy walking distance to Budva old town. Appreciated the free onsite parking.

HERE IS SO CLOSE TO BUS TERMİNAL. WE WERE ONLY 10 MIN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE CITY CENTER. HOWEVER WE EXPERIENCED A CALM AND QUIET STAY. BREAKFEAST IS NICE. WE TRIED DIFFERENT PLATES EACH DAY WE STAYED.

DEFINITELY REQUESTING THEM, THEY STATED THAT THE TOWELS AND SHEET WOULD CHANGED EVERY SECOND DAYS. BUT WE USED THE SAME ITEMS FOR THREE DAYS.

Everything was excellent: cleanliness, the breakfast, the food of the restaurant, the location, the staff, the owner who helps you with tourist recommendations.

It can be a small problem only for some people: although there is an underground parking lot for about 6-7 cars, you have to be careful when parking. It's a bit cramped. Anyway, it is not recommended to drive in Budva: for 6 nights I left the car in the parking lot without any problem.

The room was nice, I like the fact that it was outside of the centre so it was quiet. 20min walk to the beach, there is a market and a pharmacy nearby. Under the rooms is their pizzeria, with really good food

THE BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS PARKING! The garage was too small and had a place for just 5 cars… also if your car is lowered this hotel it’s not for you not recommend. I needed to pay 50€ for private parking on the other side of the street just because when I wanted to park there was no free space, and next to the hotel if you park you will be in trouble.

Large, well equipped room. It was also quite tidy, and cleaning was done nearly every day. The breakfast was perfect for the first 5 days, but after that the quality started to get a bit worse, still OK tho. It had a closed safe option to park my car, which is very important in Budva. The staff were very nice and helpful. The closest beach is a 12 minutes walk, not a big deal. Maybe the best choice in value for money.

The quality of the AC and fridge are very poor, both very noisy, I've woke up many times when the compressor started to work. There were no centralised domestic hot water, only an electric boiler in the bathroom. Not a big deal, but not quite professional for a hotel. There were only 1 roll of toilet paper, and we only got a new one after we've run out of the previous one, why can't we have 2 rolls? The quality of the breakfast started to get worse for the last days, but still not bad afterall.

When showering, a large part of the bathroom gets wet because there is no decent border between the shower cabine and the rest of the bathroom. Toilet is in front of the shower, so it gets wet around the toilet after showering.
