Dalia is dedicated to achieving outstanding results. Guest house has a very nice breakfast included.Walking distance to the taxi boat to transfer to Sveti Nikola for 7 euros return.Uros is a very polite,respectful and diligent worker in the restaurant.Ogi drove me to Petrovac for 30 euros.

Every thing okay

The location was really good and made it easy to get around. Communication with the host, Dalia, was also great — she was very nice, friendly, and always pleasant to talk to. The accommodation was clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable. The private parking was also a big plus. It felt safe and secure, and we had no worries about leaving the car there. It was very easy to access and park, which made things even more convenient. The breakfast didn’t have a huge variety of options, but everything we tried was really good and fresh, and it was more than enough to start the day nicely.

First and foremost, the biggest issue for us was the attitude of one of the employees, a waiter who was very rude and unprofessional towards us. His attitude was really inappropriate and honestly managed to ruin the mood first thing in the morning. It was a shame because this takes away from all the hard work that has clearly been put into creating such a nice accommodation. Another issue was the hot water. It was available for only the first few minutes of the shower, after which it gradually became colder and colder, eventually getting almost completely cold. A somewhat minor inconvenience was the parking schedule. The garage door is closed at midnight, meaning that after 12 AM you can no longer access your car until the next morning. While the private parking itself is safe and convenient, having no access to the car overnight can be inconvenient. We also weren’t sure how the complimentary water at breakfast was handled. Some guests seemed to receive it, while others didn’t, and in our case, we didn’t receive any. We simply weren’t sure what the policy was or how it was decided. Overall, it was a good place to stay, but we would definitely recommend paying more attention to the small details mentioned in other reviews and, most importantly, being careful about the people representing the property.

We had a great time staying here the owner and staff were very kind to us, the room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee were good too. We didn’t ask for parking beforehand and the staff was still able to help us immediately on arrival.

The property overall is a very nice place, has a very easy layout and it's very easy to find being integrated in the restaurant with the same name which has some great food. Breakfast options are very healthy and the portions are right to boost you on your special day. :) Our host, Dalia, was very nice and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. There is also parking offered which is a great addition for travelers that want to take their car, places are limited but given the size of the streets in Budva it is great to have a place for your car everytime. There is easy access to main streets that lead straight to the beaches in Budva and also to the old city, but as an advice prepare for a short walk of 15-20 mins in narrow sidewalks until you reach the old city center.

There were some issues that ee encountered on some of the rooms which were on the hot water. Some of the boilers did not start at all or took some time on starting, it was not that big of an inssue as we turned them on again and started as needed to. A bigger issue we had was with one of the employees from the restaurant which gave us the breakfast in the morning, we was not that friendly and pretty unpatient, the pther teo girls were very nice, not knowing that much english but we managed to get ourselves understood. As a small advice for the owners, please try to check the behaviour of some of the employees as this can put the property in a bad light that is undeserved for all the nice things it offers.
