Beautiful and clean room, modernly furnished, with a restaurant right downstairs where they serve breakfast of your choice every morning. The beach is within walking distance, and the bus station is nearby, so there’s no need to carry your luggage far.

We enjoyed our stay overall. We had two rooms with balconies overlooking a garden, and the rooms were very quiet — we could hardly hear anything from the street, even though the hotel is in a vibrant area of Budva. The balconies each had a set of chairs and a small table, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
Although the guest house may seem a little far from the beach, I don’t see it as a drawback. There are plenty of shops, bakeries, and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and it takes about 15–20 minutes to reach the beach, which makes for a pleasant walk.
The underground garage is a bit small, but I assume that’s fairly common in Budva. We had no difficulty parking while the lot was mostly empty, though I can imagine it might be trickier when it’s full. Parking costs €7 per day.
Each room had a large fridge, which was a big plus. The rooms were also quite spacious, the Wi-Fi worked fine, and communication with the owner was good and prompt.
I must admit, we were a little disappointed with the breakfast options, which is why we gave a lower rating. Even though there are plenty of choices, you can only select one per day, and we ended up choosing the same ones each morning (1. fried eggs with sausages, bread, a little cream cheese, and vegetables; 2. omelette with ham and cheese), as the other options weren’t as satisfactory for us.
It was a bit of an experiment for us to stay at a place with a served breakfast rather than a buffet, and I don’t think we would choose this option again. The service was also somewhat disappointing, as the staff seemed rather unwelcoming. Additionally, the fact that even a latte macchiato was served in smaller glasses—different from those given to outside guests—felt like a sign that the hotel was trying to cut costs at the expense of its own guests.

The room was great, spacious and very clean. The host was amazing, gave us recommendations and helped us with any information we needed. Breakfast was good, included in the price and right at the cafe downstairs. We also had a parking spot, which was great as Budva is very crowded and parking spots are very hard to find.
The beach was pretty far away, approx. 30-35 mins away.

Our Host Dalia was absolutely amazing she looked after us really well, always keen to help with everything, 100 recommended stay in her place, definitely if will come Budva one more time I'll choose this place again,
