Upon check in there was no one in the lobby and the man who arrived for our check in tried to get a few extra euro out of us although our reservation was fully paid including all taxes. Called it a city tax and tried to put my euro in his personal wallet with no receipt. Upon seeing that I checked my receipt on agoda stating my booking was paid in full and had to confront the man to get my euro back. Also, when we got to our room, we attempted to shower and the shower head literally blew off, the overhead shower head flooded the bathroom as there is no grade/levelling to the shower. Truly floods the bathroom. The beds were very uncomfortable and old, springs were noisy and in our back. The location is at the back of an extremely narrow alley, so if you come in a rental be aware, the turn to get in is extremely tight.
The most redeeming quality was the cleaning lady at the end. She was so kind and helped us with our exit.

We were passing through and it was good for a 1 night stay. The room was large and had everything we needed. Had a good size bathroom and they offered free parking but you need to reserve ahead and they only have a couple spots. I didn't realize it was online check-in but once that was resolved everything was OK.
