Die Schlafmöglichkeit im Wohnzimmer liegt Wand an Wand zum Eingang des Gebäudes daher Lärmbelästigung durch Türgeräusche. Feuchtigkeitsschäden im Schlafzimmer.

I'll start with the check-in. We were greeted with fruit and chilled drinks, there were capsules for the coffee machine in the kitchen, it was a nice little thing. The apartments were perfectly clean. Everything was thought out for a comfortable stay and rest. There are cosmetics, toothbrushes, a washing machine and products for it, an iron, a hairdryer. Everything that was needed. The staff was always in touch and helped with our questions. The location is great. This is a semi-basement room with its own courtyard, where it was always cool and comfortable in hot weather. The beach and promenade are a 3-5 minute walk away. A quiet street, away from the main road. We were very satisfied with our stay! We would be happy to come back again!

The property is on the ground floor which is very good since it gives more privacy, less noise and less heat from the outside. As well, there is a small outdoor area, very enjoyable. The owner was very responsive to any requests for assistance.

Posizione vicinissima al mare e a fermate di mezzi pubblici. Pulita e ristrutturata in stile moderno con molto gusto. È probabile che la gestione degli spazi sia stata fatta da architetti. Ottima e facile la comunicazione çon la gestione dell'appartamento. Facile il check in e l'accesso. Buon prezzo. È probabile che ci tornerei.

Qualche metro sotto il livello della strada. La struttura necessita di controlli più accurati (ho trovato il soffione doccia con troppo calcare e le batterie telecomando climatizzatore da sostituire). Soprattutto era gravemente danneggiata la parete della camera da letto, confinante con il bagno, in corrispondenza della doccia. È stato proposto dalla proprietà un annullamento della prenotazione senza spese ma non uno sconto sulla tariffa (sarebbe stato più opportuno)
