The Space
This newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment has plenty of space for 6 people to comfortably stay for business or pleasure. The open kitchen/living room floor plan, allows everyone to enjoy cooking, dining, relaxing, or socializing all in the same space while watching a 55-inch curved smart television. The master bedroom, with a king size bed, will leave you unbelievably rested and ready to seize the day. The master bedroom is equipped with a 42-inch curved smart television, plenty of drawer space, and a 2- slide mirror door large closet to unpack your belongings. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower encased with glass and a multi-jet shower spa. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 42-inch flat screen television, plenty of drawer space, and an extra-large 3- slide mirror door closet. The third bedroom will leave you breathless as you wake up to a perfect sea view of the Saronic Gulf. The third bedroom is situated next to the half bath, has a queen size bed, 42-inch flat screen television, a 2- slide mirror door large closet, and a desk. Enjoy a nice glass of wine while watching the sunset on the balcony overlooking the wonderful Flisvos Beach. The balcony has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim at the beach and a barbecue pit for those cookout days. The apartment is an ideal location for those who want to be close to the tourist attractions, but not inside the city center. The center of Athens is only a 10 minute drive, but the beach is directly across the street. Take a stroll through Flisvos Park, dine at Flisvos Marina, attend an event at the Olympic Tae Kwon Do Stadium, or visit the new Stavros Niarchos Foundation (Park, National Library and Opera house) all of which are within walking distance. There are plenty of stores, restaurants and coffee shops just two minutes away. Posidonos Avenue is right in front of the building, but the triple glass doors of this fourth floor apartment, will guarantee you will never hear a sound. The Flisvos Marina is a 10-minute walk along the paved seaside sidewalk with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Stavros Niarchos Park which includes the National Library and opera house are within walking distance as are The Village Movie Theater and Tae Kwon Do Olympic Stadium. Palaio Faliro is a great destination for those that would like to be close to the center of Athens (9km), Port of Piraeus (5.5 Km), yet only 30 meters from the beach.
