The house has two separate bedrooms with double beds (not sofa beds), which makes it ideal for a family of four to sleep comfortably. All appliances and kitchenware were in good working order – including the washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc. The house, kitchen, and bathroom were all clean, and there were plenty of towels available, both for shower use and even for the beach. The location was also convenient – about a 15-minute walk to Nice Ville train station.

That said, there are a few downsides to consider. There isn’t a proper area in the kitchen or indoors where four people can sit and eat together. The petit garden is unfortunately not very usable — mosquitoes make it uncomfortable to sit outside, and the outdoor sofa is often wet and dirty due to flower watering. The house is about a 25–30 minute walk from the city center, which may be a factor for some guests. Also, the toilet is quite small and could be an issue for larger individuals.

Casa molto carina, anche se in foto sembra piu grande. Secondo me perfetta per 4 persone. D'estate si puo anche utilizzare di piu lo spazio del giardino. Cucina ha tutto necessario per cucinare la cena o il pranzo. Si trova a 20 min a piedi dal mare, c'è supermercato,farmacia vicino. La Zona è tranquilla, si puo parcheggiare gratis in strada. Personale gentile.

Abbiamo avuto piccolo problema con la porta d'ingresso, la seratura è vecchia e a volte si blocca. In cucina mancano piccole tazze per caffè.
