When you walk into the first floor living space, you’ll be greeted by coastal colors and luxurious designer décor. The kitchen features stone countertops, and a 6-person dining table for large group meals. From here, head over to the living room to rest and relax and be greeted by soft furnishings and windows all around for natural light creating a welcoming ambiance. Just off this space, you’ll find a private back porch with ample seating, and gorgeous views of the lake. This is the place to start your day slow and enjoy the Florida pace of life.

When it comes to sleeping, this hidden gem can fit up to 10 guests comfortably. On the first floor, you’ll find a gorgeous master suite with king bed, cozy bedding, a private entrance to the back porch, and en suite bath with walk-in shower, and separate soaker tub. For your guests, there is an additional bedroom across the hall with one queen bed. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa. Then, head upstairs to find another guest bedroom featuring two queen beds.

While this house is already a dream, it is also only a short shuttle ride over to the private Beach, the Marina, or the Village of Baytowne Wharf for food and fun!
