This Bungalo features Pottery Barn Style furnishings, flat screen TV’s, 4 poster bed in the master, granite countertops in the kitchen, and a screened in private lanai and back yard, this Florida style cottage is a dream vacation. Located in the secluded family friendly neighborhood of “The Bungalos” in the Emerald Coast's largest Golf and Beach Resort in Miramar Beach you won’t be disappointed.
There is a large neighborhood pool with a putting green and for your added convenience this home comes with a NEW 4 passenger golf cart and features an NEW optional 6 passenger golf cart available to add to go back and forth to the pool, the beach or the movie theater, shopping and fine dining on Grand Boulevard. When you come to the Beaches of South Walton there is so much to do and so many options for you to consider from the Destin Harbor Walk Village to the shops, galleries and eateries on 30 A that you will need our Memories Fun Pass and Concierge service to help you to decide. We offer a one stop shop with loads of suggestions and a direct way to make your reservations so you don’t waste a minute of your precious vacation time.
The Emerald Coast is known for the clear blue-green waters along the nearly pure white sand beaches, and occasionally there is even a live band right at the beach. It is just a very short drive with ample parking to the resort's beautiful beaches, marina, golfing or the Village at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. Close to Jolee (Pirate) Island (children's playground) as well as loads of dining and shopping choices including a grocery store. We are proud to announce there have been several new family entertainment venues added for your vacation experience from zip lines in the Village to Grand Boulevard. There is a lighted pedestrian bike tunnel under the highway so guests have total access to both the bay and beachside of the resort as well as miles of running and biking trails. Be sure to stroll the marina in the Village at Baytowne to see the fabulous ocean going yachts! Special parking spaces are available for those who drive golf carts. You may actually shop at the Grand Boulevard Mall in their cart!

We had a great vacation at this rental. Easy to get around, and of course the golf cart is a real bonus.

This was our second year staying at 2465 Bungalo. The house is beautiful and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. We really appreciated the new pan set and dishes! This house is in a great neighborhood with easy access to all that Sandestin holds. Another advantage were the two new golf carts that were available. The second golf cart was great when our kids and grandkids came for a visit. We look forward to returning soon

This was a wonderful family vacation. It was our first trip to this area. The rental was easy to schedule,the house was adorable and ample space for 9 people and two dogs. The area was beautiful. We enjoyed the Wharf and Grand Boulevard especially since we could access it with the golf carts. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we booked to the time we left, we had nothing but a great experience. The app made it quick and easy to find everything we needed for our stay. We had a few minor things we needed to contact the management team about (nothing that took away from our stay) and they were SO quick to respond. We would 100% rent from them again, and probably at the same house! The house + golf carts made for the most perfect vacation :)
