About this house rental
This beautiful cottage is homey, clean, and well maintained, with a yard that backs up to a delightful lake surrounded by pine trees. Mermaid Manor is one of our favorite properties, loved for its established location and close access to fun amenities. The tasteful, tall ceilings and full kitchen in the main living area, paired with the upstairs loft and bunkbeds provide a comfortable stay experience for all guests - adults and children alike. 6 seater golf cart included!
The space
Downstairs, Mermaid Manor has two bedrooms - one primary room with a king sized bed and an attached bathroom, along with another bedroom down the hall. There is also a second bathroom on the first floor, between the two bedrooms. Upstairs is another bathroom and a loft with two bunk beds, perfect for the kids!

One golf cart is included with the stay. Please contact us if you would like to rent additional golf cart for a daily fee.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip.The location was perfect and close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we especially loved the outdoor space. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.The host was fantastic... super responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable getaway!

We had a great time in Sandestin. The house is tucked in the back of a neighborhood which was very quiet. One thing to consider is that the two golf carts take up 2 of the parking spots, so there was only one parking spot for the house, but there are other open spots in the neighborhood just a short distance away, which was fine.
