About this house rental
St Barts has it all. Luxury beds, linens, pillows, TV's. Literally right across the street from the beach and ONLY ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS!!! No more Cardio!!!
Countless improvements and upgrades make this residence awesome. Did I say it's right across the street from the beach?!? No more long walks lugging beach chairs.
Very open, lots of maneuvering room for large groups. Furniture has been upgraded, kitchen, linens, everything!!! Pool is very close. Beach is even closer!!! Washer dryer on second floor. First floor has the Kitchen, Living room, patio and king size BR and full bath. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms.
We have 2 dedicated parking spots and additional parking .. well right next to our dedicated spots.
Literally right on Scenic. Large community pool with restrooms and plenty of parking. 2 cars spots assigned per stay. Additional passes available on request.
Everything is very close. Especially the beach!!! Grocery is a very short drive, like 5 minutes. Outlet mall (Nike, Puma, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Tory Birch, lotsa stuff) is about another 1 or 2 minutes further. The beach is right here across the street. No long walks. Not even worth a golf cart ride it's so close.
Did I mention that we're RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH???

This booking was fantastic for our Spring Break! Thank you so much!!! Very very very nice and spacious and clean. Not too far from Destin. Every morning I touched the beach. Communication was great. The beach is right there!!! I will alway try to recommend this booking. Our FRAMILY had a good time.

Excellent location, roomy, great communication with James, clean. We will be coming back . However the grill needs to be replaced !!!! Very disappointing . Other than grill it was perfect ! Thank you for having us!!!
