Also for your enjoyment is a large fully furnished southern porch with a view of a private wooded area where you will want to lounge and relax in the morning as well as evening. The Emerald Coast's largest Golf and Beach Resort not only boasts the best beach but four World Class Golf Courses and this home has a view of one of them. This home has one 6 passenger golf cart included. You can upgrade and have a 2nd 6 person cart as well. You will be located with-in steps of the pool and club house. This home will allow small dogs, preferably hypo-allergenic. EV charger available upon request with a small fee.
